The process of setting up a document for signature and having it sent to our event attendees could not have been easier! It took less than 10 minutes from creation of the Jotform account to sending out the signature requests. An area for improvement is the prompting of the best way to tailor the bulk list upload so that the fields align with the fields in the form. In our case, the template download created a field for "Signer 1" which was populated with the attendees first + last name. The form itself has separate FIRST and LAST name fields. This misalignment caused the Google Sheets integration to not fully populate with the capture of the FIRST and LAST name captured in the form.

The fact that they have a free/starter plan is amazing and very helpful on its own (for small businesses). I absolutely love this tool! It offers a variety of free features, including an AI Builder, App Builder, and form builders. It’s incredibly user-friendly and simple to use. I frequently utilize the form builder for product orders, and it provides end-to-end encryption for your forms at no cost. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it even easier!

Jot form is pretty easy to use. I struggled with finding an easy way to create forms to send to people and be able to track when they complete them. The signature forms is much better than the PDF sign. It's reasonable in price as well.

A chatbot was easy to design, train, and integrate into my Next.js single page app (SPA).
I'd been using it for about a month until we noticed regression in the styling. Long story short, it was from a change in an external Jotform stylesheet. Regression happens, so not a big deal. We promptly reported it to Jotform and it was soon fixed. I found the support ticket process was straightforward with good communication.
As a result of my experience, I'll recommend Jotform to a fairly large client of mine.

If you want to build bespoke forms both simple or complex and do this without the need to write a single line of code - Jotform is your place to be.
It has very rich set of features available even in the free tier and some cool integrations with social media platforms like WhatsApp etc. and even payment gateways (if you want to integrate payments into the form workflow). Pretty amazing!

I love the ease of copying templates and the ability to provide my clients with customized contracts that are easy to use. I've used other forms in the past, but the forms here are seamless and I like all the features that Jotform has to offer!

Jotform is platform what you need! All in one place. Make me so easy to start a business! With great integration and affordable subscription!

For years, Jotform was an excellent alternative to other established form providers, like Typeform and Formstack.

However, since mid-2025, core features of the platform have stopped functioning properly, including the ability to embed forms on your own domain, which is still advertised as a feature.

I have now had an open support request for almost three months, with no resolution date in sight from the developers. I've even identified the cause of the errors (a Jotform server-side CORS misconfiguration), but they've failed to either fix the issue or provide a resolution date. They've also clearly stated that they're not prepared to offer any credit or compensation, citing a clause in the Jotform TOS that denies compensation in the event of an outage (buyer beware).

Consequently, my payment forms, which were previously embedded on my company domain, now require me to redirect to the jotform.com domain, resulting in several customers questioning the legitimacy of the forms. This has coincided with a noticeable decline in conversions through the forms.

Meanwhile, Jotform appears to have jumped on the AI hype train, promoting AI agents that offer no substantial value to businesses. Jotform's focus has clearly shifted to acquiring new customers through AI hype, rather than fostering its relationships with existing long-term customers by maintaining the core functionality of its product.

I'm happy to update my review if I ever get a satisfactory resolution or response from Jotform.

Fantastic product overall.
The issue is if you want Data residency, enterprise quote I got was around 10 times more than The current subscription.
And Data residency in Australia is a fairly basic requirement these days.
I host a website on dedicated secure AWS server in Australia based on azure server for about $1000 per year … so struggled to understand why the quote was for almost $10,000. Small business. Two users.
