Beautiful marble coffee table
I bought a beautiful marble and glass coffee table. I am so happy with it, the product is amazing! I only have a small consideration. Jotex charges 39 euros extra when you buy a large item for shipping. Thats fine but I was a bit inconvenienced when the marble component arrived in a bolted wooden crate. Of course it protected the marble however it was hard for me to get it out of the crate. I wish the delivery people would help me with that since I did pay 39 euros extra for shipping. However other then that I am so happy!

Made more than 5 orders. All good.
I made many orders with Jotext, and the products always meet expectations. I ordered my curtain, carpet, lamps, bed stuff. All good.
You might need to wait a bit more time like 1-2 weeks to deliver. If you accept it, everything goes well.

Defect on Curtains
Unfortunately curtains arrived with a defect. the back handside was completely teared, we had to take a video and quality was really bad. Curtains were almost like a plastic, very plastic material. Not an experience that i would expect from Jotex.

Excellent pillows and delivery
I have bought 2 pillows, one BOLLRA and one DAWN, both of 45x45 cm. Both pillows are of very good quality, as described, well made and very comfortable. They were quickly delivered and well packed, in perfect state. I am very satisfied with my purchase, thank you JOTEX!

Terrible delivery
Terrible delivery - my first order didn’t arrive at all and Jotex wasn’t able to track it (after 1 month of waiting). They refunded me and asked me to order again which I was silly enough to do because it’s been over a week and the new order still hasn’t arrived.
While I continuously order from brands all over EU, their delivery is way below standards.

Good products & customer care - tracking system needs improvement
The 'frontend' customer-facing website looks great, the products look great, the order and check-out flows are great. I think, where Jotex needs to improve is their 'backend' logistics & tracking. When they 'ship' the order from their side (Sweden), either the Jotex tracking system or the PostNL system automatically triggers a message to the customer saying 'the shipment is on its way' and the 'sender' of the package is an address based in the Netherlands (even though, it is clearly not, the package has only left the warehouse in Sweden and did not even arrive in NL yet...). There is also no mention of an expected date of delivery, the only thing that the customer can see is 'Post NL has not yet picked up this package and the time of delivery is unknown...' According to the Jotex fineprint on the website, the delivery time is between 8-10 business days, but this information is not reflected in the tracking system updates/messages that the customer receives. Another point that needs improvement is the 'rate our service' email. This kind of email should be triggered only after the order has been delivered. No customer will review a service highly unless they had received what they paid for. This is unfair to the Jotex team, because in reality, behind the scenes, the package is on its way, but the tracking system does not reflect actual data for the customer to 'feel safe' or 'be patient'.
I first gave a 2-star review but have now increased my rating after receiving my order just yesterday :) Thanks, Jotex team! I love my linen curtains and highly recommend the service to everyone - with a bit of patience on the delivery side ;) Hope you find this feedback useful. Best, xxo

Impossible to reach customer service
I have ordered quite a few things and am happy with most of them. Items arrived fast and nicely packed! Have faced some quality issues with a couple of items. Have been trying to reach out the call center, more than 30min waiting time and still no answer. I am writing my complaint in the online form but upon submission, the browser does not confirm that my message is sent. Don't know how to come in contact to get an answer. --------- A few weeks further, I add to my original message that I have received great help, just took a lot of time. Thank you.
