This review is not specifically about Josef Seibel by post but about Josef Seibel shoes in general.
I cannot believe how the quality has declined over the past 10 years. I have bought many pairs of shoes for my partner and now the soles crack up within a year this is not acceptable and you cant speak to anyone to bring this to their attention, so today I have made up my mind I will post an honest should be 0 start review on any platform that I can.

I had ordered size 41 shoes. Their clerk in the invoice/ dispatch department had entered in the wrong size on the dispatch note.
I had received the wrong size shoes. I complained. They are refusing to refund the postage to return the shoes. It is their mistake.
It is a breach of contract to dispatch the incorrect shoes. I should be refunded both the cost of the shoes and the postage. Josef Seibel in Luton are refusing to do this.
I shall never trust this company again. Dreadful service!

Superb footwear, well made and comfortable. Ordering online is easy and included super quick delivery!

Why can't all websites be like this, I ordered my shoes on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday, well packed and very comfortable. I would recommend josefseibelbypost.co.uk
