Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Josef's Sport UG at All Costs
I purchased a bicycle from Josef's Sport UG, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Not only did they fail to deliver the product, but they’ve also completely ignored all my attempts to contact them via email and phone. The payment went through instantly, but weeks later, there’s no sign of the bicycle, no tracking information, and zero communication.
This company is a complete scam. Their website might look legitimate, but once they have your money, they vanish. I’ve sent multiple emails and left voicemails pleading for an update or a refund, but crickets. No response, no accountability, nothing. It’s clear they have no intention of honoring orders or providing customer service.
To anyone considering buying from Josef's Sport UG: STAY AWAY. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This fake "business" is only interested in stealing your hard-earned cash. I’m now forced to dispute the charge with my bank, and I urge others to leave honest reviews here and on Trustpilot to expose their fraudulent practices.
