Scammers - they say delivery time 1-4 days and after you pay it says one month delivery its joke. You cant cancel you cant do nothing. They just freeze your money for month.

The products were diverse and quality, but the delivery was rather long, but all were satisfactory.

Overpriced fakes that have somehow managed to find their way onto the main page when you search for shoes. Very convincing pages and images. Avoid at all costs. Paying full price for fakes. Especially with running shoes.

I wanted to return an item and even though persisting I never received any details about how to go about it. So now I have clothes that are useless and I have wasted my money. Never again and be warned. This may happen to you.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a T-shirt I recently purchased from your website.

Honestly, the product I received feels like an insult to the customer. The T-shirt is completely fake, extremely poor quality, and honestly not even worth one euro. The material, printing quality, and overall condition are far below what was advertised on your website. It is truly shocking and disappointing that such a low-quality item is being sold to customers.

I trusted your platform and expected at least a basic level of quality and honesty, but this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in your company. Because of this experience, I will absolutely never purchase from your website again.

In addition, your policy of returning only 50% of the customer's money for a returned order is, in my opinion, completely unfair and feels very close to a form of scam. Customers should not be financially punished for receiving products that are misleading, fake, or unacceptable in quality.

I ordered a pair of trainers from Joom.They were the wrong size but there is no facility to return them.The website just send you round in circles.I sent an email and the reply suggested I ask the Adidas for a refund but as I paid Joom my contract is with Joom.Do NOT use this company!

I found an item (Throttle body for my Suzuki Jimny) ordered it. Received 2 emails saying it was being shipped then a refund appeared. Not explanation! I wasted 2,weeks waiting for the part. Complete fraudsters avoid these unscrupulous wasters!!!

Ordered a jacket for for a man using the website size specifications. Got the jacket and was far too small. More like a child's jacket. Meausred the size of the jacket and did not match the size guide at all; the sleeve length was out by more than 10cm and wouldn't fit when I tried it on. Wasn't worth sending it back either.

Crap app, received terrible goods, no quality, synthetic instead of cotton, seeming a designer name, but actually extreme low quality. Ordered tshirts more than 20 euro each, what a waste of money. Not recommended. If u are not downloading the app, you cannot even write to them or claim. Delivery works!!!

I'm so sick of this fake websites that order your products from cheapest China markets. Don't ever us this site, it's a SCAM! Customer support is a joke, refunding is not possible. Sending back the products cost 70-80 euros. Selling fake items, SCAM ALERT!

Terrible. Ordered head bands. Received email and on website says it was deliver but I have not received it. DO NOT order from them. If you do, you are taking big chance of them lying and never receiving the order....

Useless website, Absolutely terrible experience. They charged my card immediately, kept my money for more than 8 days, then cancelled my order while the item was still showing as available on the website. Customers should not have their money held for up to 15 days without receiving anything. This type of business practice feels dishonest, misleading, and completely unprofessional. Very disappointing service and a total waste of time.

Really hostile company with aggressive trading style.no access to any customer service AT ALL!! Can't cancel order 1hr after and must wait for order to be delivered 1st before can be returned for a refund. This is fraudulent. Authentic items are overpriced- almost a double the usual price.Dont waste ur money!!!

I bought Moroccan Hair oil from them which is usually soft and luxurious and smells amazing but what I have received comes in the same bottle as Moroccan Hair oil but has hardly any smell and is like olive oil…COMPLETE FAKE…should have realised if the price is too good to be true then it’s FAKE..don’t waste your time..for sure from China as delivery took ages
