Great company to deal with so far, I had a few issues with my order on my side and contacted Joolca, their response was excellent. After sales customer service is superb.

I purchased the HOTTAP Essential Kit for my Jayco Lark Touring Camper Trailer. The hot water system is amazing and a fantastic upgrade to my trailer. It works like a charm. Thank you Joolca for an amazing product. Highly recommended.

Customer service is next level efficient and timely. They are there for any query you may have. The gear is very well designed and built making it easy for me to assemble and maintain. This is essential for me as a single lady in her late 60’s. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I sent in a support request late-ish on a Saturday night. I was having an issue with the po(o)ker stick storage in my GottaGo - not exactly an urgent issue and I wasn't expecting a response until the next business day. I received a response within minutes explaining what I needed to do to get the stick to stay in its storage compartment and a close-up photo showing exactly how things needed to be positioned. Thank you, Jack! I don't really understand why some businesses want to alienate their customers by inflicting AI on us when they can follow Joolca's lead and employ treasures like Jack. 10 out of 10 Joolca and Jack.

I pre purchased a Joolca GottaGo when they were first announced. When it was finally delivered it had a few issues which Joolca have listened to and responded with either solutions, additions or replacements super quick. I understand that as a new product, it may have a few teething products but it is HANDS DOWN the best designed and value for money portable toilet I've seen.
My wife and I love it !

I love Joolca! Everything I've bought has been amazing quality, and so cleverly designed. But what really sets them apart from the others is their customer service. Nothing ever seems to be a problem and if it is they find a way to overcome it to make sure I’m happy. I’m a massive and a loyal Joolca customer for keeps. Alex

I would rate Joolca a 6 out of 5 for their customer service if I could, I had an outstanding experience with their response on one of the products, I had some questions and they were prompt kind and very helpful, everything you would want in customer service, every business should take note from Joolca on how to correspond with customers.
Waiting on my product to arrive but from what I can tell I won’t have any issues. I wish them the highest success moving forward :) 👍

Have been using the Joola shower and their awning tent for a while, used all through the Cape and on weekends in the high country. Hot water on tap and a bit of privacy makes it super enjoyable. Recently noticed I didn't have locking pin for one of the shower awning arms. 1 email to joolca and bam! Replacement in the mail before I even could say thankyou.
Highly reccomend!!

Joolca has been great with 2 issues I’ve had with their products and customer service has been amazing both times, following up with ideas to help an issue I had and now just recently I’ve had to sent the hot tub back with and air leak. Very quick to reply and very friendly with all responses.

We purchased a HoTTap system last summer to use in our pool area, not the rugged outdoors but still outdoors! We have 5 grandchildren who love to swim and then run into the house for a shower. That's five pool towels, 5 bath towels and puddles of water through the house. Looking for a solution to reduce the mess and the workload, we came across Joolca HoTTap. It was super easy to install and now the grandchildren can have a warm shower after their swim, using only one towel each, and no more wet feet through the house. Fantastic product and wonderful service.

Joolca are the best bar none !!

I am so stoked about Joolca and their customer service. I had an issue with a part of my system upon a return from a camping trip and sent email with pictures outlining my issue. Within a few hours they had contacted me to say that although my warranty had expired, they would still honour it and replace the part. Super super happy. Thanks Joolca!

Great customer service from Marleen, Nico, Veronica & Clarissa they were all fantastic with helping me with my order & shipping request. They responded to my emails straight away with all the help & information I needed & we got everything done to my total satisfaction. Not only is the Gotta-go toilet a top quality product, it's got a top quality Joolca team backing it up. I think you would have to go a long way to find better customer service anywhere.

We have just had to replace the shower head for our Joolca Hottap system, simply due to a mild leak after several years of use. The customer service we received via emails was both prompt and extremely helpful, and action was initiated immediately to enable us to make payment and order the part promptly. From first inquiry to delivered was less than a week! The correspondence was always very friendly and professional. Even though our order was of a very low money value, the customer service was the same as if we we’d been spending 50 times that amount. A massive tick for 5 star customer service without a doubt. We have been using this hottap system as our everyday shower for our family of 3 for the past 3 months due to a bathroom renovation. It’s been a perfect solution in the meantime. Will continue to recommend this brand to others. An awesome business!

Just received our GottaGo toilet, after quite a wait. The support people at Joolca kept us informed of the progress of the development and the order all the way, even holding off on a proposed delivery while we were away for a couple of weeks. Was like having a friend in the company looking after us. Very rare these days!

Love my Joolca products,Currently use the hotwater system, Double pop up tent,Ensuite shower base & our new Gottago toilet. Service has always been spot on with any issues.

Joolca customer service (Australia) has been exceptional!
I had a few issues with my latest purchase, however they were very quick to respond to my emails, provided other alternatives that may have been the simple solutions, however after realising the product needed further investigation they provided a postage paid return option to repair/replace the product.
Everything has been addressed promptly and professionally and we continue to recommend Joolca products to friends and family.

Purchased the Nomad kit as well as the Double Ensuite and have been very happy with the quality and operation of it all.
Customer service was excellent, they answered every question I had throughout the whole buying process, as well as thorough follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Highly recommend.

communication was great from the time i placed the order, i ordered the Double Ensuite and the Nomad pack it arrived within 3 days, very happy with the speed of delivery and it was packaged well, all products look to be well made.
the Ensuite is very quick to put up and pull down, the setup of the shower was also easy, overall a great addition to anyone's camping experience
