They sold a bike with a broken freewheel. It rode horribly. Jonito does not help with warranty they simply delay and delay. Hide behind manufacturers. Guess they hope you simply stop asking. Send videos photos on request never got a reply on that. Eventually under pressure of a bad review had to send the wheel in. They say they fixed it but send the wheel back incomplete. Now I just have to fix it myself I even had to ask them to send the missing part. It's been 8 weeks now without a useable bike. And before that 5 months of horrible riding with a broken freewheel. Their service is bad when you have a defect. And they don't have any sense of responsibility. And definitely no goal to get you back on your bike.

Despite initial skepticism, JONITO Bikes completely impressed me. Not only did I snag a fantastic Kalkhoff Endeavour 1 Move Trapez 2025 for my wife at an unbelievable price (€1,818 vs. ~€3,300 elsewhere), but their customer service truly shined.
When the bike arrived (Frankfurt, Germany), the pedals were missing. A quick, friendly phone call to their customer service team resolved it instantly. I purchased new pedals locally, sent them the receipt, and received a prompt refund via bank transfer. The communication was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout, making me feel well taken care of.
The bike itself is perfect for my wife, and the delivery was quick. Overall, I'm incredibly satisfied with the outstanding bike, unbeatable price, and especially the top-notch, friendly customer service. I highly recommend JONITO Bikes and will definitely be a returning customer!
Mail Order - which was ignored and price increased
Unfortunaly my experience with this shop is very bad. I made order via email, because i wanted to buy bike on company. It was during promotion time and i advised in email order that i would like to use this promotion also (WAREHOUSE20). I was ignored for 3 days, i sent 2 emails in meantime for any update. After they responded they prepared me 20%+ higher amount for bike! they ignored my explanation that i made order in time - I have all confirmations for above situation i will also monitor if Jonito would like to delete this review. I can not recommend this shop, professional one would just accept my order and deal would be done.

Super fast build and delivery. Very good price aswell. Little slow with communication. Would have liked the opportunity to upgrade a few parts but the bike was already on its way when i got a reply. Otherwise perfect!

From start to finish Fabian kept me informed of the status of my delivery. When the shipping company failed to keep me informed it was Fabian to the rescue. The bike was almost fully complete, all I had to do was adjust the saddle height ( I had not given Jonito my height ) and straighten the handlebars ( they were turned sideways for delivery). Overall a quick delivery, 2 weeks to Ireland and can't fault the communication.

They are stealing our money
They are stealing our money. The previous company (Jonito Gmbh) is insolvent, it's only a question of time the curent one (Jonito Bikes, with the same address and management) will be insolvent too. I paid for a bike in May 2023 and didn't receive anything. I registered a claim in the insolvence process but do not expect to receive anything back, as this is now a clear scam.
Be aware purchasing abroad
These tried to get my original review on Google removed after 3 years claiming they never dealt with me,as eBay and PayPal don't go back that far when looking for transactions here's the original review and proof
ordered a focus Tec pack from these off the well known auction site, I didn't realise I committed to buy so I sent 4 messages 3 to ask to cancel 2 in English 1 in German they did not respond so I bought the item, waited a while then asked about despatch again no response, the time passed for delivery no item arrived so asked for a refund I then had a response item out of stock I had paid 466.99 euro , fair play I had the refund but due to the exchange rate I lost £31 on the refund. If only they had responded?. Moral of the story if you live outside Europe make sure the items are in stock or be prepared to lose out on a refund and don't expect any communication.

Disaster! Worst mtb buying experience so far.
Worst buying experience of MTB so far. Unfortunately, the bike I ordered was sent with a completely different specification than the one described. Basically, the only things that matched were the frame color, wheels, and a few smaller elements. I could have understood if the mistakes were limited to specification element's. However, the bike came with the previous generation engine. Something that an inattentive person might not even notice (EP800 vs EP801)! This is not something one would want to experience when buying a bike for 9k euros. On the plus side, I can credit the store’s contact and cooperation in clarifying this issue but offered discount was hilarious compared to amount of stress, wasted time and work. Overall, I am deeply disappointed as I had to cancel holidays reservation and pay for it! Such a situation shouldn’t happen at all.
UPDATE: Now I have to take second work day off since their shipping company didn’t show up to pick up the bike.

Ordered a Giant Reign L at 9. may 2023 asked many many times for delivery date. They said it had to go to a bikeshop to be prepared. Couldn't get a date or the phonenumber to the other shop. So after 3 months and 9 mails and no delivery date I posted a formal complaint about fraud to my bank.

Bike is great and perfect. Ordered and paid on 4th of July, got to Italy on 13th July so I went to pick it up personally on July 14th.
Jonito Team proved to be professional and quite quick in responses and support. I don't give 5 stars because I haven't actually received an answer to all my emails, but on the other hand it's true that by purchasing from Italy and having spent more than four thousand euros, I literally pressed them with questions.... In the end, however, everything worked out well and I'm really satisfied with my purchase.
Daniel was particularly good and kind. He always answered my many questions, never got impatient, and always knew how to give me a lot of confidence.
