Our experience with Jones Whyte was stress free. John Paul was our contact and handled our conveyancing for us. He was professional and friendly, kept us informed with regular updates taking us through the process step by step. Definitely an asset to the company and we would highly recommend him to all.

Ranisha Sing was really great. She made everything very easy and simple to process our Wills. Other than the first set of Wills getting lost in the Christmas post everything went smoothly.

An intestate will was dealt with very efficiently by Erin Macdonald.
It obviously involved a lot of work and correspondence for Erin, but she completed this timeously and with utmost professionalism.
She was always contactable and her compassion and understanding at a really difficult time for me was truly appreciated.

Sarah very clearly went through the process of our Trust review and answered all our queries in a very professional manner.

We felt taken care of from the start. Any questions were answered in a very reasonable timeframe, and although there was a Christmas break involved for all, we were provided frequent updates and assurance throughout. We can't recommend Jones Whyte highly enough.

Allana Henderson was exceptional. Since the start of Covid (which put the anchors on nearly everything Legal, and caused Ferocious delays afterwards) I had been seeking Guardianship of my mother due to her Alzheimer's advancing.

I had been let down by other companies frankly, not bothering their shirt (one even went out of business, and didn't even inform me! Updates were So infrequent and replies to my emails likewise, that I didn't even realise they'd ceased operating for months!) so I must confess I didn't have particularly high hopes with Any lawyer... but Jones Whyte were dealing with another matter for me, so I asked if it was something they could do, and they seemed actually Eager to help.

When Allana took on the case, for the first time in Years, I had someone willing to Fight for my mum. To advocate for her. To push through or find ways round issues and obstacles.

It truly felt like this Mattered to Allana, which, compared to previous experiences with Others?
Gave me hope I'd long since abandoned, and I will be Forever grateful.
(She more or less single handedly restored my faith in the Legal professions!)

Jones Whyte really went the extra mile. Despite how long the process has become, When Allana was off, one of her colleagues would update me, and they were all nothing less than Superb.

Informative , friendly, professional excellent service

Holly was really helpful during the initial call. The process was fully explained and questions answered. Holly came across as professional and warm during my second call and I felt confident in making the choice to proceed with Jones Whyte.
