Lovely foundation that makes my aging skin look and feel better. This was my third purchase and I recommend.

I ordered a product that was too dark for me (my fault) and was delighted to learn I could exchange it for paler shade.Also found another product difficult to use and given great advice how to improve application.

As I have aged I have wanted a more natural look to my makeup as well as easy and quick. All of the Jones Road products have given me that. What I didn't expect was how good my skin would feel ALL day! Their customer service is incredible!! Send a photo to get personalized color suggestions because they are spot on. I just sent a new photo to move to a summer tone for my foundation and they responded quickly and again, it was just what I needed!

Love everything that I received. Colours were true to what it said online. Definitely will order again.

I am sick to death of this company. I have been BOMBARDED with their advertisements despite all attempts to block them. They need to know that I will never, ever, ever EVER buy their products. Relentlessly pursuing customers in this way will backfire, as it should.

I reached out through email/selfie and was given good advice on colours for a cover stick and eye brown pencil. The cover stick colour is spot on. Though I did go a shade darker for the eye brown pencil. I love both products which are long lasting and easy to apply. The pencils pack beautifully.

I added to my order at the end of placing it but of course the computer didn’t recognize that as putting me over the price point for free shipping. I emailed Jones Road and they answered immediately. They reversed the charge for the shipping. A definite 5 star response!

Easy to order the guide to match your color is pretty accurate. I am loving all the products I have purchased so far. Makes my older skin not look so old. If that makes any sense. I feel like the lighter the makeup he younger you look. The heavier the make up the older you look. And jones road is a very light makeup and I really like it.

The shade match by email service worked very well for me. I have visited the counter at Liberty in London since, and a helpful assistant confirmed the shade was perfect for me. I love the WTF foundation. It gives a dewy, soft sheen to my mature skin and looks good all day. I only need the tiniest amount, so the jar will last for ages.

Basically love your products, but still in stage of trying out!

i was able to iniitiate a return and the refund came through the same day! that's unheard of customer service!!!!

I love the product, its clean, straightforward and simple. I am not a big make up person, but with her products, I know I am still me and not someone else. i love bobbi, from her previous products so when i saw jones road coming, i was happy. I wish you could open shops in europe, I live near Milano.

Zero customer care. My products were ordered 17 days ago, understanding there would be a slight delay due to our recent northeast snow storm, I was initially understanding. I looked again last week and the order had not moved. I looked again last nigh and decided to contact Jones Road; I received an automatic email that said someone would get back to me in 3-5 days. What?!?

This is not my first time with a negative Jones Road shipping experience. I paid for expedited FedEx shipping on my last order, it took 4 days to leave the warehouse and 3 days to arrive at my doorstep. That's not expedited.

It's a good product but not worth the hassle or the wait. As a result I found an equally good alternative that I can get a Sephora.

If you are looking for an all natural look this product is it!!!! The miracle balms are amazing!!!! I started with two shades and ended up buying 6 different shades. I also bought the foundation but I’m not big on foundations so I will save it for a special event if I need more coverage. This line is a must have for those who prefer a minimal make up look. If you need more coverage this line is not for you.

I received the wrong color foundation. I reached out to their customer service several times for help in exchanging and refunding, and received no response. They’re great at reaching out to join the Facebook group and boost sales for free, and terrible when they have to actually provide support. And their ads are everywhere. Maybe that time, energy and money could be spent addressing returns and exchanges. I do not recommend.

I bought the tanning cream but I found it really heavy & awfully greasy. I ouldnt wait to wash it off. It’s expensive for something so awful.

fantastic. I LOVE the What the Foundation. have never found even a tinted moisturizer that melts into the skin like this- you cannot see it sitting on the surface, but it evens things out. I love it. The company is amazing, as I didn't love the miracle balm on first try and they refunded me. They let me keep the product and I ended up using it again...SMART marketing idea bc now I'm a miracle balm junkie and will but more colors. The scent is essential oils! It disappated after a bit, but I really like it now that I am used to it. Also, the tackiness goes away shortly after application if you apply too much. It's so good. They are always helpful and I love to support Bobbi Brown even in this little way. She's awesome.

I’ve been trying to return or exchange Just Enough Foundation since the December Holiday season & am getting absolutely NOWHERE with Jones Road. Their website states that they will get back to me “usually in one business day”. I’ve contacted them 7 times to rectify the problem. Eventually, After 2 months, they finally responded to me..thanking me for “reaching out”. They did not address the problem.
They have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I have purchased a multitude of product from them for self & daughters and have had mostly a good experience with JR. But with their shoddy treatment of a customer in good standing, I will be looking elsewhere for my cosmetics
