In the 80s I was a make up artist.
As we age , its important to have break through products. Jones Road does it for me now. Age 71 but very young at heart.

I had a question and I received a very fast and a very nice answer.

Terrible experience. Very slow to ship so missed the event window so then I returned products - unopened - and still no refund. Have emailed many times and ZERO response. ZERO acknowledgement. Nothing. Kept the money and the product. Great business model. Very disappointing.

Jones Road has wonderful products and even better customer service. It can be hard to buy makeup online without trying colors first. JR helps with selection in many ways not least of which no hassle exchanges! So appreciated

The product took a long time to arrive. My order was April 14 and product arrived May 5.

Re: picking out colours for face online is difficult for any product. However, it would be good if Jones Road Beauty could use models without colour enhanced hair. This gives them an inauthentic look and makes it more difficult for customers to decide which face pencil, foundation, etc. would be the best match for their skin.

As well, there are not many blond (without hair enhancement) models. Some blonds have warm undertones and others have cool undertones, but difficult to tell with the models on Jones Beauty. I notice lots of brunette models though.

Products themselves I am satisfied. Only received yesterday so still exploring.

... Hello again, I've now had a chance to try the products. Miracle Balm (Dusty Rose) is amazing. I love the light tint and coverage. Also the eye shadow is lovely (Rose Gold) - easy to apply and stands up over time. Neutralizer pencil - wow that does work.

Everything about this company has been thoroughly considered from top to bottom. Not only is the product exceptional, the in-store teams are thoughtful and engaging and the online customer service team responds quickly to any questions or concerns. What an amazing company!

I bought miracle balm in Flushed and would not recommend for the following reasons:
Very greasy - your hair will stick to it
It doesn't last very long - very quickly fades so have to keep applying and I bought big pot so not easy to travel with!
I personally think it is a waste of money.

The replies to my inquiries are swift, thank you. I appreciate your return/exchange policy in that I did not need to return when I ordered a replacement. Since we cannot try your products in a store, we can only find the right colors by trial and error. So thank you for this latitude.

I messed up my shipping address and they fixed it and resent the product.

Kaitlyn's quick response and personal suggestions on colors, products, best application techniques for products was the deal maker for me! Students noticed the difference and i've texted them Bobbi's IG video. Wonder why women have more diagnosis of Altzheimers? Experiment by eliminating known added toxins especially around the eyes, face and head and see what happens.

I was hesitant if I'm honest because I'm not one to just go for internet ads. But...the target audience got me: mature dry skin. The return/exchange process is super easy so I decided to give it a go. I'm not disappointed. The makeup is super moisturizing, yes a bit tacky but given I have dry skin prone to showing caking, I'll take a bit tacky and feeling super moisturized over gross makeup.

I chose the wrong colors after trying to watch numerous shade match videos etc, and reached out to their shade expert. Great experience and they even helped faciltiate an exchange. Def recommend giving it a try if this style of no-makeup make up appeals.

Everything is easy! The products are superior, the service above average.

The product is excellent. It is the correct consistency to apply, it doesn’t leave a greasy finish that later comes on to your clothes and the smell is subtle and also gives a pick me up.
This is my first time purchasing it and although I thought the jar would be a nice addition to my dresser and give it stability when pumping now I’m thinking ahead and thinking how I’m going to get out the end of the product. Since it’s a solid jar with a small mouth it will be hard.

The shade-match experts for me the PERFECT shade for WTF. Highly recommend sending a selfie for analysis. They also got the face pencil shade spot-on!!
