Best customer support. Excellent service for excellent products.

Love the products. The delivery experience is a different story.
When you order: no shipment or delivery tracking after checkout. You pay and then hear nothing.
3 orders in the past months. Only one arrived. My last order was 24 May, payment confirmed via PayPal. Six weeks later, still no product and no communication.
Tried customer service. There's an email address, but no reply.
Great brand. Genuinely. But fulfilment and communication need serious work.

The products are everything you have advertised. I am thrilled with everything I have ordered.

I have now used the tinted moisturizer foundation, what the foundation, and the miracle balm and can say that these products are incredible. I’m 52 years old and the products give me such a youthful look-no settling in my “happy” lines like so many other products. I highly recommend.
Also, a tiny error occurred with the shipping of one of my products and customer service responded within an hour and corrected the error and sent the missing product the same day.

I was unhappy with the color of my new jar of WTF. It was darker than previous jars and too dark for my pale skin. Emily explained about slight differences in color that can occur in mineral cosmetics and offered a refund or credit, whichever I prefer. In the meantime I had tried mixing my new WTF with another lighter shade that I already owned. The result was very close to the shade I had expected, so I decided to keep the new jar and continue mixing the 2 shades myself. The product itself is great and I have been happy with the foundation for years. It's light and natural looking and keeps my skin looking fresh all day. Emily's thoughtful and kind response led to my fixing the issue and keeping the product.

I had an issue with the order delivery and they were very apologetic and prompt to resolve. It’s so refreshing to have great customer service, I have experienced the opposite recently with a different company and it has restored my faith in online shopping.

Horrible Customer Service & Endless Delay Tactics – Avoid!
I placed an order nearly two months ago, and it has been an absolute nightmare ever since. First, Jones Road Beauty sent the completely wrong products. When I notified them, they claimed they shipped a replacement. I never received it. After weeks of trying to get a response regarding the missing replacement, they finally replied apologizing for the delay, claiming they couldn't track the shipment, and promised to send a second replacement.

Unbelievably, that second replacement never arrived either. Weeks turned into months. Frustrated with the endless excuses, I finally emailed them demanding a full refund.

True to form, they ignored my message until 2:30 AM this morning, sending a vague email claiming the refund was already issued and telling me to "check with my bank." I still have no products and no refund in my account. Going on two months later, I am still empty-handed. Their delay tactics feel entirely intentional. This is easily the worst, most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. Save your money and your sanity—avoid this company.

I love these products. Clean, light, and feel good on my 50+ skin. Order was received quickly.

Jones Road has excellent customer service. It's one of the things I look for when I buy products. And, Jones Road has both.

They are very responsive and prompt in that, and every time that I have asked anything at all, they always err on the side of taking care of the customer.

Obsessed. I'm a new convert. I am now only use 4 products where I used to use 7 with other brands to achieve way more natural and professional-looking results. I feel like I've gotten a total makeover with only their foundation stick, undereye correcting pencil, concealer pencil and Miracle Balm! My skin looks healthy, glowing, and younger. I had renewed confidence all day after trying them on. I've never had foundation disappear into (my somewhere between yellow and pale) skin before! And I never write reviews!

I am 58 and have used Illia serum skin tint for well over 5 years, but recently felt it just wasn’t working anymore, and was settling into fine lines. I had read great reviews for jones road and that it was fabulous for dry mature skin so I ordered the foundation stick and the neutralizer pencil. Wow my skin literally looks five years younger, so am not joking. It is so creamy, balmy, feels like skin care and doesn’t settle into lines. I would give these products a 10/10 if I could. I truly am a loyal customer.

My experience was really good because my replacement is already on the way, and I was notified of the whereabouts of the item.

The advisor got back to me quickly and answered all my questions.

I would give it a half-star if I could. The product STUNK when I opened it, and after one use, no more! People told me my skin smelled bad!! And of course, customer service will not return emails so I can send it back. I’m calling BS on this so-called beauty expert Bobbi Brown.

I appreciate the quality and clean ingredients of the JR products. Customer service is top notch too!

Excellent products. I came for Miracle Balm and now I use everything.

I placed a small order ($120) from Jones Road Beauty and never received it. After ten days I checked and they had never sent me tracking info. I emailed them and a day later received a response that there were "inconsistencies" with my order so they cancelled it and never bothered to tell me! Very poor customer service. I use Shop and my credit card and address were both verified by Shopify. Seems like they probably did not have the item physically in stock so they made up and excuse to cancel. Too much competition online these days to bother with businesses that maintain such incredibly low customer service. Jones Road Beauty should be avoided.
