72 hours with no internet. Customer service told me 3 days in a row that they will solve the problem the next day. Tomorrow 4th day without internet. Maybe we’ll hit 10 days without internet.
It could have not been worse.
Moved to a new house and asked the service to be provided in my new address. 8 days ago came a company to do the modem installation and you believe or not I still do not have internet signal despite calling every single day. It is always the same position, we will take note and our specialists will return the call, but they never ever did.
