Jolyn customer service is terrible, it sucks. I returned a too small swimsuit. Although it was approved and the swimsuit arrived at Jolyn, they are already 5 weeks silent about the refund. Nothing about the process, when you mail they toss you back and forth between their .com mailadres and customer support mailadres. Meanwhile I get overloaded with advertisement mail from them. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Long wait but worth it
Yes you have to wait 2 weeks for international orders but the quality, service and fit was perfect. I bought 3 x different swim ware training sets, took into account the user reviews on sizing + used the size tool guide and I'm very happy. The suits are beautiful and fit perfectly. Took them 3 days but customer service did respond to me when following up on delivery time.

There is no delivery fee if you do not enter 10% new customer coupon code, though. How dodgy and manipulative. Absolutely disgraceful sales strategy aiming to make extra dollars by misleading prospective customers. There is no way to grow business if you rip off people and treat them like stupid

These are still the best quality training suits around!
I also have been a long time Jolyn customer. And also ordered during the last Labor Day sale- 2 suits totaling $125.
The tracking says it’s still in CA
I have contacted customer support at least 4 TIMES with no response & there’s no phone number to call.
This is ridiculous- I’ve never had such a poor customer service experience

No Customer Service
I ordered during the Labor Day sale and had a similar experience to others - my order supposedly was shipped and has since been sitting in the same warehouse and not been updated since. I have reached out to Jolyn multiple times for updates, and they have not contacted me back or helped me to resolve this issue. Incredibly disappointing and will not be ordering from them again.

I've been a long-time customer of Jolyn. I ordered several suits during the latest Labor Day sale. It has been more than 10 days since the shipment was sent from CA to CA. I've emailed customer service three times, and they keep saying it is in transit. The package is lost! It hasn't moved from Whittier, CA in 8 days. I have requested to issue a refund to my CC, and the response is the same: the package is in transit. Enough is enough! I want my $ back.

Shipping and customer service leaves something to be desired
**Increasing my score by 1 point because after posting this I got an email from customer support saying they refunded my order.... but it doesn't solve the fact that I found items on sale, purchased for a trip, and now won't receive them**
I ordered several weeks ago from Jolyn and no issues; order was to my house within 48hrs. Then placed an order during their labor day sale and it said "shipped" same day. It's been 2 weeks and no updates; when I reached out to customer service they were completely unhelpful. I reached out again to try to escalate the issue as I was hoping to have these items prior to a trip I had planned :-( Based on this website it looks like I'm not the only one disappointed in my experience with this business.

I was aware Jolyn has a 6 month warranty so I wanted to claim it on a Jolyn suit I purchased from Swim Outlet- but they wanted me to go to Swim Outlet which was far past the return and it’s not their products it’s Jolyn’s and their warranty. The warranty is only through their site and not the product- that’s BS! The warranty should apply to the suit not the suit when bought specifically from them. I was offered a credit when I mentioned this and have yet to even receive a reply when I said that was acceptable.
Order Unfulfilled - Rectified
Updated: I have been ordering from Jolyn for years, never had a problem, always satisfied with sizing, quality, and style! Recently I had my first and only issue: I had a shipment lost within their system. I did email multiple times, to find out later that the case was escalated internally, but had not communicated with me. They finally rectified it: offering an exchange and partial refund, but only after a lot of messaging and escalation. I would have appreciated more transparency earlier on. All to say other than this one instance out of many positive experiences, which was solved eventually, I’ve been a happy and loyal customer of Jolyn!

Bombarded by text ads
After purchasing one item for my daughter I began to receive text ads multiple times per day. I politely requested to remove me from their list a few times without success. I haven’t receive a single response from customer service and am still receiving text multiple times per day. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company unless you want to be constantly bombarded by text ads and receive no response or support by them.

I HATE THIS COMPANY. Their shipping is more than unreliable, and their sizing is so wrong. The black liner under the suit causes horrible chafing for the bigger legged girls and it makes the suit look atrocious. The fabric does not move with the body whatsoever.
Pink flowers look dirty when wet
Recently purchase the Brandon 2 pink flowered suit. It’s so fun and cheerful until it gets wet! The black lining makes it look dingy and dirty. Why would you line a pastel suit with black? Not impressed Jolyn.
Refund quick and easy even for Canadian customer
I am a Canadian customer but luckily have access to a mail forwarding service just across the board so did not have to pay for shipping etc. The products I ordered did not fit, and I was worried about crossing the boarding in time to return them because my passport was stuck at Canada Post (if you know, you know). So I reached out to customer service to explain my situation, they were so quick to respond and so helpful! They sent me return shipping label for Canada free of charge. It's been weeks since there has been an update on the package I sent back, so contacted them again and they processed the refund right away even though they haven't received the package yet. In a nut shell I would definitely buy from them again, just making sure to really take into account the sizing guide and look at try on hauls/reviews before hand.
Canadians beware of extra duties!!
Canadian customers. Buyer be aware… shipping takes at least 2 weeks. PLUS $30 duties upon receipt. A $68 USD purchase ended up being over $100 suit. Not worth it!
