Bought the Jovi kids from louise, lovely lady great customer service and come away with a stunning double pram!

First time visiting today to buy a newborn car seat which would fit with our two other children’s seats. Louise was so helpful, she gave us different recommendations, then come out to our car and showed us how to fit the car seat. Would 100% recommend, such friendly and helpful staff. Thank you

The man who served me was very nice he installed my pram parasol. And recommended me a baby carrier and gave me informative advice. He explained features of my travel system that i was unaware of. The shop is pleasant to walk though and staff are friendly

I have ordered multiple prams from jolly tots the service is amazing from the start to delivery recently purchased a double from Rachel her customer service was amazing sent me pictures of the item & I also requested to see it folded she sent me all pictures once paid i received my pram in 2 days excellent service highly recommend

We came to jolly tots after numerous recommendations from friends and it exceeded all expectations, the store is clean, loads of stock, amazing prices and wonderful staff. Travis was assisting me and my wife throughout our visit, and his customer service was second to none, amazing product knowledge, answered all of our questions with ease, very very kind and welcoming, and really helped us in making a decision for a pram, 10/10 service from Travis and everyone at the store, can’t recommend it enough :)
