A nightmare...
A nightmare.... I ordered an ipad air and payed 650 euro on May 8th... and of course nothing arrived.... and then this website which is not working.... So May 18th I asked Revolut for a chargeback and attached all the data (screenshots, confirmation of order etc.) and today got full refund!!!!! Unbelievable. I really didnt believe that could return my money. So recommend to everyone to try in your bank.

13 days after cancellation of my order of 1 561,90 EUR, didn't received any refund and shop is not answering me anymore.

I repeat do not order. This site is a scam
Before ordering, I read all the reviews along with the reviews at Trustpilot and other websites. I believed that this website is new but legit. Therefore, I ordered an iPhone 15 128 GB Green on 10 May 2024. I got the order confirmation right away in my email, with a receipt attached. Then on 13th May, I got another email that they are preparing my order. Today is 17 May and I have not recieved any update. So I decided to login my account. To my horror, they closed the website and the message says to contact the bank. I do not earn much and I saved little by little to buy this phone. I am not even sure if the bank will refund the money. I have written to the bank. The whatsapp channel of Jollyshop is also close. All these shouts at my face that I was fall in trap of around 700 Euro scam. I will update if I get somehow my refund.

They're liars and not authentic
They lied.. I've ordered on 10th may.. 675€.
Everyday from monday they told me they will ship soon. And eventually they said by end of Thursday 16th May i.e., today they will ship my order.. I've tried to contact them today. No response and site is down saying contact the bank for claiming the refund.
I've paid from revolut wallet since they said they offer 20euros cash back. I don't know whom to consult. This is cheating. I'll report it to authorities soon.
