Terrible delivery. They don't offer free delivery below certain amount so we add a few items to match that amount. At the end we have received two deliveries. So why do you charge for the delivery under a certain amount of you send the order separately?? Ridiculous. We are still waiting on the main item btw.

Free shipping always applies to the order value, regardless of the number of parcels in which the items are shipped. We have several warehouses and while we try our best to always send out all items of an order in one parcel, this is not always possible due to items being stored and sent from different warehouses. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience for you and your family!

Unsere Lieferzeit von Schweden nach Österreich beträgt im Normalfall 4 - 7 Werktage (Montag - Freitag).
Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Du Deine Bestellung später erhalten hast und bedauern die lange Wartezeit. Unser Lager arbeitet so schnell wie möglich. Leider kann es auch seitens DHL schon einmal zu Lieferverzögerungen kommen.
