I’ve been using Jolly Leaf for about 3…

I’ve been using Jolly Leaf for about 3 years now. They’ve always been good, but last week they incorrectly suspended my website even though my invoice was paid. I currently have 5 support tickets open with them, which are being ignored and their ‘request a callback’ feature doesn’t work. I can’t get my website back online, and I don’t actually know what to do!

A great service that works a treat

I have my account with Jolly Leaf for a good number of years and I can't remember when I had to contact them last about anything, which says it all really. They provide a great service that works a treat.

Quick to Respond

Jolly Leaf is quick to respond to emails and excellent when communicating with their customers. Their website is easy to follow and, if you're not sure about something, they're only a phone call away to help guide you through.

I switched to Jolly Leaf from GoDaddy…

I switched to Jolly Leaf from GoDaddy and I couldn't be happier! The transition was smooth on Jolly Leaf's end of things and the one time I did have to call into tech support I got right through and the mistake that I made was fixed immediately without making me feel stupid! Jolly Leaf truly values their customers.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service. I am completely new to Blogging and Websites etc.. The staff at Jolly Leaf have been nothing but amazingly helpful from the start with selecting a hosting package that suits my needs best, Transfering my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and self hosting. Helped me set everything up I needed to do. Been in contact through messages on twitter and via live chat on their website, always quick to help and reply.

Great pricing too, highly recommend for the customer service alone.

Extremely fast service

I am 100% pleased with Jollyleaf. Anytime I have something wrong with my code or my site is down I email them and they respond quickly and resolve the problem.

Stellar Service

I've only started working as a web dev and am not the most familiar with hosting services, but Jolly Leaf has set a high bar.

Not only are they priced nicely, but their customer service is one of the best I've ever encountered. They reply quickly and are patient and work with you through any issue, even if you are a small client.

I'd recommend Jolly Leaf to anyone.

Excellent Hosting, Superb Service

Jolly Leaf are easy to use, superb value and offer brilliant support. We've run a few test sites using their hosting and after receiving such excellent service are in the process of moving our main web presence to their hosting. Cannot rate highly enough.

Cannot recommend JL enough. Fab customer service. I am not technically minded, but their team was brilliant replying to my 'help' Tweets and messages! Plus their costs are more than reasonable. :)

Lightening fast, flexible, feature rich.

I have been using Jolly Leaf for a while now and it is pretty much perfect.

- Features ( Let's Encrypt, Daily backups, SSH Access, cPanel

Please don't ever change anything! 👍

The only minor problem I had was not being able to assign a new hosting account to a .dev TLD. But support fixed it in a few minutes.

Absolutely love jolly leaf

Absolutely love jolly leaf. I’ve been with them for around 18 months and have had zero issues. The tech support is amazing and they get back to you quickly. I also like the idea of being able to upgrade or downgrade your hosting package depending on your needs. The prices are affordable and well worth it for the support you get too.

One of the best business decisions I've made...

I made a tweet about having issues with a hosting provider that led to me getting a referral to JollyLeaf. I've never been so glad to make a tweet in my life. From the very start, the service and support have been fantastic. The two times I have had to reach out for support in the past year have been great experiences with super fast responses with relevant helpful information that got the issues fixed quickly.

So happy I was referred to JollyLeaf!

It was time to update our hosting plans and the platform we were using for our two businesses just wasn't the right fit anymore.

After trying another hosting site (and being horribly disappointed), I was referred to JollyLeaf by a good friend who knew what I was trying to accomplish.

Not only was the helpdesk staff efficient, but he also was friendly and attentive, and helped me create a migration plan that wouldn't overwhelm me or cause too much downtime (we had to manually move every. single. blog post.)

As an added bonus? Oh, yes, we were able to add a third domain to our plan, and we're still paying less than we paid for two plans elsewhere.

I'm smitten!

I sought out Jolly Leaf after reading many reviews and asking for some recommendations to try to find a more accessible and affordable hosting service for my personal website. I have been very impressed with the prompt and dedicated service and the ease of navigation on their website. I recommend switching to Jolly Leaf!
