Although I had forgotten my store card
Although I had forgotten my store card, the young lady assistant was able to look it up on the computer for me.
I was able also to buy my dog food tins in packs.

Signing up was supposed to get me 10% off. I didn't get it and worse still the cat food I purchased was incorrectly labeled on the shelf and I did not pay the price advertise, it was more. I didn't take a receipt unfortunately and only realised when I got home. Not going back.

The sales assistant was very helpful…
The sales assistant was very helpful but theres no other staff to help on the shop floor so she tried help my friend as well with a dog harness counter. I didn’t mind as she was my friend but there should have been another staff member to offer shop floor assistance. It my first visit to the shop and she helped me fill out the pet club application as I couldn’t see the ipad very well as too far away.

As a family we love a trip to jollyes to pick up what we need for our pets. They have a great range of natural treats and a wide range of different pet foods. The kids love choosing a new toy for our dog every time we go.The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Jollyes where amazing.
I took my 2 month old kitten to have his chip done & first vaccinations yesterday. The whole process was run efficiently from where to go in store to checking in & payment at that desk. The vet was lovely & my kitten soon wasn't fazed by anything. Later that day I had the email to check the chip details were correctly done for name telephone & address etc.
I'm very happy with the price & service we got.
