They have assisted me with a refund and it was quick also for the funds to reflect in my account, they can be trusted. This plus the fact that their website is user friendly puts them on top of the list.
Awful customer service. Too slow and weird conditions. They say they have 365 days “öppet köp”. Complete lie. Fooling us customers. Shouldn’t be difficult to change size of a product, especially selling kids clothes.
I have been a customer for couple of years, have purchased many items for both kids room, kids toys, bicycles, furniture, baby products and bags.
-furnitures in general either missing a piece or extremely difficult to assemble (spjälsäng, kids chair) due to bad quality screws and wood.
-purchased a bike, 2 reflexes came broken. I did not dare to create reclamation due to being it super difficult
-lastly purchased a luggage and impossible to change size!!
This was the last tipping point. Will never purchase from Jollyroom again.

Once this site have your credit card details they will pull money at their own peril. After paying for my subscription, they pulled out over $60 from my account. When I contacted my bank, they told me they are fraudsters that take your money & leave no online footprint! Luckily I cancelled the card & can you believe they tried to pull $80+ dollars from the card 2 days ago! PLEASE DO NOT fall victim. If you subscribed CANCEL whatever card you used for paying your subscription. They are working with SUPRANETPAY.COM to swindle subscribers. Added to that 9 out of 10 times the profiles are FAKE. Majority are Nigerian scammers posing with fake photos & pretending to be in US/Europe. STAY AWAY

By responding to my question I had within shortest period of time made me to trust this dating site. Secondly, the service in Jolly app, is very efficient and easy to use. It's not complicated whereby you can scroll and see the profiles without a problem. They also gives update, for matches of profiles. This has made me to love this online dating site. After giving them the real review, you get many emails to confirm your identity otherwise the review will be deleted. I wounder how many reviews were deleted and if 4 star is real...

Not very usefull, you can't add a profile description so it is not clear what people really look for, you can't search on location, even before I created my profile girls already liked me, but I couldn't see where they were, many profile pics gave me a feeling the girls were not in the Netherlands (where I am) also it feels all fake. Nonstop also get the screen that you need to get a subscription to see info/likes/etc. I don't want to pay for things I don't know what they really are. So I deleted my account (I hope)

I just think their charges are a money trap, they charge a small easy to afford intro fee and once that runs out they automatically bill you crazy amount of money, which in my case I was not aware they would charge, it is very very very dry, very overpriced. I don't see the value of it, it is a site which will not thrive because it values making money more than having value , they need to take notes from Tinder which has different types of subscription plans and on Tinder I can talk to someone that I've matched, tinder is used by loads of people and has earned the right to charge high prices but jolly barely has users and expects people to cough out a huge chunk of money. No .
What an abysmal experience this is. Nothing but an expensive rip off. If you do decide to dip in and have a look, USE PAYPAL because stopping payments is a real pain. Yes, I can have a 3 day trial for £0.99 but that's not the end of it, if you want access to the actual useful features, you need to pay more. Apparently, you'll need VIP Status. I have had an awful lot of messages, all machine generated. I asked a question that would take a human to answer and from 24 messages, one was a real person. Laughable. Also be aware, in Jan 2024 it's £54.00 per month! The site is awful to use, looks like it's been designed by somebody with very poor eyesight. All in all, I am not impressed. If you look, you will see all of the reviews that praise them are single tributes from what are obviously employees. All mention amazing support, none mention the tricks they use to try to get you to sign up. Very dubious practices.
Edit: 22/01/2024. I’ve just had notification from Jolly, the company I reviewed that if I don’t supply them with my full name and telephone number, they will cancel my review. They also asked for a reference number that I do not have. I can see this turning into a bit of a scrap. Still, I enjoy a challenge. Bring it on boys.

I can easily disable the subscription in the settings section. Untrue. I had to use PayPal, their website pushed me to PayPal to handle my subscription. You can always contact the Support Service; Yes, you can but you wait for your replies, they obviously don't have English as their first language as they ask for clarification in the most basic of sentences. I have zero issues with people that don't have English as their primary language, in fact, my best friends first language is Spanish. They hasten to add that registration is only available to 'real people'. OK, lets say I accept that, then please explain why I got over 20 messages that were machine generated with provocative headlines like 'Hey, I love your profile' and 'I'd love to meet with you' that were very obviously machine generated especially as zero replies other than one real person could answer a basic math question to sort out machine response from real people. According to them, it's a feature to help me start more conversations. Really? You think I want a conversation with a machine? If I wanted that, I'd use ChatGPT so I at least get some sensible answers.
I'm wondering how far you people want to take this because I hate rip off companies that try to take money from people that want human contact. Even free features on other sites give way more than you lot. If you still want to argue, send me another response.

Hello I was charged for 50 euro without asking . They bypass Apple Pay need to press button.after 2 min contacted them .and the offer was 50% back wich im not sure I’ll get . This is really ugly behaviour and a fraud
