TROMPERIE SUR L'OFFRE

Bonjour,
J'ai commandé des boîtes à chaussures dont 6 devaient être gratuites, selon le descriptif. J'en ai reçus QUE 6!!!!! où sont les autres.
J'ai donc payé 23€ pour 6 boites GRATUITES Chercher l'erreur.
Téléphone H24 sur messagerie, Mail erroné, ne répond pas aux messages. Est-ce vraiment un site fiable et transparent.
J'en doute fort. J'attends encore un peu et je ferais le nécessaire pour publicité mensongère. C'est inadmissible de profiter des clients ainsi.
A bon entendeur.......
Si ils veulent bien me répondre suite à mes 2 réclamations par Mail DU 9 ET DU 11 AOUT
