Very disappointing experience. I ordered some prank items for stocking fillers, but one didn’t work, and the other arrived unboxed. I reached out via email about a return, but never received a response. I’ll attempt to get a refund through PayPal, but thankfully I only spent £12. I won’t be ordering from this company again and would advise others to be cautious as well.
Judging by the Trustpilot reviews it looks as though I have had a lucky escape. After spending quite some time selecting around a dozen items I discovered that Jokeshop only allows payment by Paypal, which like many people I know I never use as I don't trust it. I did express my frustration in an email to Jokeshop but they did not bother to reply.
They sent the parcel to the wrong address and then didn’t respond to my emails about the problem. Now I have to spend additional money to forward the parcel to my granddaughter

PayPal screwed up by sending the wrong address to the seller during order process but this seller proved to be tough to get hold of and ignored my email sent minutes after order was placed and error was spotted. Assured me they had sent it to the address I requested but never arrived!
