This is an awful experience
First of all - on website u have 48 hours delivery, but once you pay the money, you got an email saying 2-10 days.
After 9 days I emailed them and got an answer that delivery takes 10-21 days.
Luckily I got my package on the next after my email, delivery man just throw it near the apartment door when I was out of the house, no call, no message, no email that Im having a delivery.
And finally - once I opened the box - chemical smell is so awful. I have 5 pairs of this exact model, so I can compare in real life fake it or no. This is very poor quality Chinese fake, stitches are bad, glue odor, I have 38 size and always take 39 size so it feels free on feet, this 39 is so small for me.
Insane.
So if you take 10-21 days delivery, poor quality, small sizing - all their packages are coming from China, not Germany like they say. Web site is selling bad copies for almost full price. Cringe
I sent already 2 emails regarding the refund, their website says 2 weeks for a return. Will keep an update
