Sprout is by far the best program out there.
I have been trying to loose weight with different programs for a while now. January i started Sprout and it has been by far the best. You can pay monthly, the doctor is easy to get in touch with to ask questions, and customer service is easy to contact and get help if needed. I recommend sprout over any other program out there.

Rip you off company
They emailed me on Saturday morning with an order for $299 billed on that date. They are closed on Saturday and you cannot cancel your subscription online. The only way to order from them is via a subscription which turns out to be three times the original order and then they stonewall the cancellation process. It is a pure rip off company.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE
The doctors are really nice about answering any questions I have. The medicine is always timely and the supplies are plentiful. Wish weight came off faster but I’m sure everyone feels that way😂

It’s a good product
It’s a good product. Not without side affects but worth it. Once you get to a little nauseous at first and fatigue but you learn how to manage it. It’s been a postive experience and have reached my first goal of 15 pounds. I stopped drinking to reach my second goal of 20 almost. I went from 229 to 213 in a couple months. I don’t eat out and exercise moderately 6 days a week.

I have been on a few different programs…
I have been on a few different programs for the GLP-1’s and by far this has been the least difficult to follow. No frills but that’s what I wanted. Most people that are wanting to start the meds already know “The diet” they want to follow. For me I started finding with age and being post menopausal it didn’t matter how much I exercise and ate right my weight wouldn’t budge. The other programs I tried seemed to have complicated food plans and follow up visits that cost extra and without those visits my meds would be delayed leading to a restart of meds. I know how to eat and exercise. I don’t need a baby sitter. I do understand people need support at times and other programs may work better for them. This is the one that works best for me. It’s always easy to get in contact with a customer support person and get a message to the doctor. I started at 207 and I am down to 184 in approximately 2-3 months 😁 Thank you Sprout!!!

UPDATE: I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM SPROUTS HEALTH. PHONE CALLS GO DIRECTLY TO AUTOMATED VOICE MESSAGE, EMAILS GET NO RESPONSE. THEY RESPONDED TO THUS REVIEW AS IF THEY WERE CONCERNED BUT HAVE YET TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE CASE - I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ONLY THING LEFT TO DO IS CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD. TAKE MY LOSS OF $299 - BUT YOU CAN BET I WILL LET EVERY CONSUMER KNOW DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
I’ve been trying to contact customer service and they will not return calls or emails. Fed Ex mis/delivered my prescription twice now and I can NOT get the claim resolved without Sprouts Health! I’m not only out the $299, I don’t have the medication!
I received a response to my review very quickly, also received an email response but what good does that do if they don’t respond and follow up or still answer my calls/emails. This is important, I should be receiving updates until it is resolved!

I only did one star because I had too! I have made several attempts to reach someone by email and don't get me started on the so called phone number no one ever answers! I've left messages and no one returns my calls. I want to cancel my subscription. At this point I am only left to get my bank involved along with other legal options!

Kept charging me but didn't send medications
The 1st 2 months went fine. They make you answer all the same survey questions every month you need to refill your prescription but now my medication never showed up. I left 3 messages trying to get this sorted out but they charged me back in April and when I look at the status of my refill it still says sent to the pharmacy. I don't think they want to refill the prescriptions after you increase the dosage.

Horrible company! They are scammers don’t fall for them. They will not send you the product you think you’re going to receive. The discount is because they sent you a product you did not request. Their customer service is nonexistent and they do this for a reason they are scamming people left and right.

This company is a scam. They have a cancellation policy that they don’t honor, and they are unreachable by phone. Second, they won’t cancel your subscription only put it “on hold” and then keep charging you. DONT DO IT.

Delayed Deliver but Consistent Communication
Although the order took over 2 weeks to arrive costumer service kept me updated and replied to my concerns quickly and consistently. I am now 3 days on my medicine and 3 lbs down!

Don’t Trust Sprout Health
Paid hundreds of dollars for a membership and have had no interaction since, more than a week later, despite attempts to contact the company customer service via email and phone calls. Have filed a BB dispute and STILL nothing. Don’t trust this company with your money. Especially if you are trying to stay on a GLP-1 regimen…you’re likely to lose progress like me, as the company is slow and unresponsive, and no meds are yet approved or shipped.
Update: I’v tried contacting the email Sprout put in the reply REPEATEDLY, with no reply, same for the phone number - several messages, so answer. I don’t want other people to waste their time and money.
