I added Pouch onto my laptop so glad I did it has saved me quite a lot of money with codes that are usually hidden from public view very clever idea. Recommended.

It’s difficult to pay online hard to…

It’s difficult to pay online hard to get thru and than they want to transfer you to everyone when all you want to do is make a payment than they say your not valid but how if my payment isn’t due and I’m trying to pay early this company is horrible and I’m not happy with them they don’t help at all

Pointless App

Signed up some time ago and there is never any deal, when you search yourself you always find something. Bin these lot off and have a look yourselves.

Following 7 months of trying to get…

Following 7 months of trying to get some feedback from Pouch due to missing points from a couple of transactions, I have finally had some correspondence from Pouch stating that they are unable to help unless my transaction was prior to 2023. Not really the answer I was looking for and clearly not helpful. I future I will be using a different company that has a responsive, understanding, and helpful support team.

Zero support

I made a purchase whilst making 100% sure that the Pouch extension was enabled. Even though doing this, no points were credited to my account. I have now tried on four separate occasions to contact the Pouch team to see if this can be resolved. Each time, I receive an automated email response from Zendesk along with a reference number. There is where the contact ends.

A little disappointed that I have to report this through Trustpilot, but if you experience any issues, don't expect any response.

May be time to look at alternatives.
