Best offer so far!
I've been struggling in ordering the medication because of the prices but when I found out about pomegranate's offer, this really is the best deal for me as I can continue with achieving my weight loss goal. They have been very supportive and thorough with the whole process and I feel so supported. I'm so excited with my weight loss journey with Pomegranate Health! Thank you! :)
Competitive pricing
Competitive pricing, 2-day delivery, and good reviews were the reasons I chose Pomegranate- but I reorder with them because of their customer service. They always get back to me within 24 hours, usually quicker. They're patient and answered all of my questions and they make the process easy. . A director of clinical services was very helpful figuring out my titration schedule with me. Hanan, if you ever read this, you're a rock star!
They’re truly a gem
They’re truly a gem! Thank you Pomegranate for your help and support since the beginning! The process seems so easy and convenient for a busy person like me. Thank you for answering all of my questions with patience, and for making me believe in myself that I can do it! And now I am just 2.8 lbs away from my goal weight! Thank you! You guys are amazing!
Pretty good provider if you know what you're doing!
Pros- Prompt and courteous responses on the messages sent after ordering. Meds came well prepared and with all necessary items and was still cold in ice packs. I've ordered compound TIRZ and B12 from them. Haven't started them yet and BUD is out a ways so in good shape.
Cons: Was new to the TIrz program so didn't seek to titrate up when ordering my six month supply so all 24 weeks are starter dose only. (I was not aware I could ask to titrate up from the getgo.) It will only last 3 months since I've moved up in dosage which is a bummer.
Personal, Convenient, and Supportive Care
My experience with Pomegranate has been amazing from start to finish. The team is approachable, really listens, and makes healthcare feel personal instead of overwhelming. Everything is super convenient, from scheduling to virtual visits, and I always feel supported in my health journey. It’s rare to find a service that actually fits into real life, and Pomegranate does just that. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for care that’s easy, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on your well-being.
Stay away - very bad experience
I was excited to try Pomegranate based on strong online reviews. I was very disappointed by the actual experience.
Minor gripe: their online portal and website are clunky and hard to navigate. For example, I clicked my browser back button to try to fix a problem, and it had me start the entire process over. It also resulted in me being double-charged. Their customer service was nice enough to refund one of the charges, though.
Second minor gripe: the chat function on their website is broken. I left multiple messages, but no one got back to me until I sent an email.
My main problem is the "medical" call, for which they charged me $75 (and would not issue a refund). For background, I'm pursuing the compounded pharmacy route because the 2.5mg LillyDirect dose for Zepbound caused severe side effects. My goal is to start at a much lower dose, and work my way up.
It was clear that the RN I met with hadn't reviewed either my lab results or the message that I sent. Her first question was whether I'm on any weight loss medications right now. I tried to tell her about my experience with Zepbound, but she didn't seem that interested. She wanted a yes or no answer, even though my situation was neither a yes nor a no.
Then she asked me what dosage I wanted. I told her that I was hoping to start at 0.5mg and then work my way up. She then told me that the lowest dose they do is 1mg. I told her that I didn't understand -- if they're multi-dose vials, why couldn't I just take 0.5mg? We went round and round about this a few times (she couldn't seem to understand what I was saying), and then she suddenly said "oh that's fine, we can do 0.5 mg, how many months do you want?"
It was oddly argumentative, and it really felt like she wasn't listening to me.
At that point, I told her that this didn't seem like a medical consultation at all, it felt more like a sales call to just push me into buying their product.
I decided Pomegranate wasn't the right fit for me, and ended the call.
This strikes me as a poorly run company that's just trying to pump out prescriptions, rather than a service that actually cares about matching me with the best medication and dosage. Especially disappointing when they're charging extra for a consultation that many other services provide for free.
And here's the kicker -- I told customer service that I was unhappy with my experience, and they asked if I wanted to "discuss a resolution." I said I'd be willing to meet with another provider, and they thanked me for that feedback, and then nothing from them ever again.
Bad pharmacy
I now need to return my order because of their med recall
I heard about them on Reddit
I heard about them on Reddit, and it seemed a great way to save money on the GLP-1. Unfortunately, after my signing up and my filling out their questionnaire, where I indicated I had already been on the med...they did not fill the prescription. Instead, a few days went by and I checked in only to find that they stopped the process, because "for an unknown" reason, they thought I wanted my old pharmacy. Not true. Then this customer service person who was trying to convince me that it was cool that it would be another 7-10 days (I have the emails and I did not receive the meds in what the email promised),was clueless. I said absolutely not and to cancel. They have repeatedly argued with me and said no refunds--when they've done ZERO. And now it will be a chargeback, I have the proof of their original promise. It is quite literally two and a half weeks later. I let Pomegranate know I went to another pharmacy and miraculously the new company sent me the meds immediately.
Positive growth
Pomegranate definitely has some kinks to work out, but I feel they always try to do right by patients and customers. I have stuck with them and they seem to pull through to solve concerns that have come up. They are priced right and I believe their future has great promise and even greater potential with some service refinement and perseverance through challenges. I appreciate their effort and it doesn't go unnoticed.
A great experience and health improvement
I had severe pains in my right hip, my left knee and I found difficult to lift my right arm. In 4 sessions of stretching, deep massaging, Dr Rodot tremendously reduced the pains and made my moving around enjoyable.Julien Rodot has a very human and friendly approach to his patients, listens attentively and wins your trust. I very highly recommend him to any future patients..
Update experience with excellence
They have a new process with new choices. It was smooth. It was easy small hiccup that came with the conversation with the practitioner and the cost. Smooth sailing I do feel with any Telehealth if you change the prices that it shouldn’t make a difference if somebody is New or an old customer, the new prices should be across the board and especially if you’ve already had a customer then that should be a help, but with that being said, I have nothing bad to say about them. It was excellent. The pricing was honored. It was just good experience in the end.
Two flimsy melted warm water packages. Medicine warm. Could do better with packaging and do overnight shipping.
The process of enrolling and ordering was fine. My only complaint is about shipping. Most of the other companies do overnight shipping. Also, there were only two cheap, flimsy, melted, completely warm water by the time received, supposed to be cool packs. The medicine was warm. In contrast, I ordered from another company with a similar Styrofoam container, and they put five Nordic Ice packs in the cooler. Nine hours later and those ice packs are still cold and solid after delivery. Also, the second company's cooler. HFP TempAssured, was a better cooler with a middle insulation section. Lastly, the second company placed the medicine in an insulated foil envelope. Pom had it wrapped in a UPS plastic. I would say the type and number of ice packs made the most difference from the second company, they will probably still be cold tomorrow at room temperature.
A Great Experience
Everything from sign up to intake to my appointment was seamless. Incredibly user-friendly, very upfront and forthcoming with information, all questions asked and answered very happy overall with the experience.

Exceptional and Holistic Care Across the Board!

I just love working with all of you at…
I just love working with all of you at Pomegranate. I've recommended you all to others. And I'd do it again.
Will charge you 2 “Monthly fees” for one service
I was having a great time with pomegranate until today. Today they decided to charge me a “monthly” subscription fee every time I refill, which makes NO sense. What am I paying for then lol? Think about it. Charged April 14 for the month of April. Refill on the 27th and charged AGAIN $69. So then what was the charge on April 14th for? It literally makes no sense. I tried to explain it to them via email and message but they insist they every refill is a new charge. That means it is Not a monthly subscription program… I am just disgusted.
I give pomegranate a 1 star if I could…
I give pomegranate a 1 star if I could I would give zero. I have had 5 people sign up with them which I have never received the discount for referring them. Then they started 3 of them at such a low dose when they had proof there were already on medication. They get people to get a 6 months supply or 3 months by telling them they will not be able to fill it and when there told the low dose isn’t working they say they can increase the units but they will run out faster. They are very good at scamming people. I work health care so I know they should be asking the patients for medical records to see all the medications there taking on top of there bloodwork this way they can prescribe a higher dose with less units but then they wouldn’t be able to trick there patients and get them to spend more money. I also get vitamin injections from them which is the worst. They never show up on time once got lost. I even got a call from the pharmacy trying to get me to pay on top of paying pomegranate. Don’t sign up with these people even look at TikTok you’ll see how many people use to rep them have left because they couldn’t take the lying.
