Terrible untrustworthy platform. Aggressive sign up with foreign doctors available all hours. No people ever available - you deal with the computer and automated AI email responses. A very opaque business. I signed up - they take your card details prior to approval and it ‘feels’ very safe like you’ll have an option at some point in the process to confirm you want to go ahead after connecting with the doctor, instead you get auto approval and billing starts right away. As soon as I found out this was a syringe and vial I immediately cancelled. I can’t handle doing that and I’ll never be able to use. I opened tickets, sent messages - there’s no phone number. Eventually about 6 hours into trying to make contact I get an email saying the product has been requested at the pharmacy. I said ok please cancel the order . They say they cannot . I watch the UPS tracker and 36 hours later there is a tracking number. Of course you can cancel the order at the pharmacy. Unless you are a fraudulent 3rd party fulfillment company that has absolutely no control over their operations and shipping. This seems to be the case. I will return unopened the product they send and fully expect to be in dispute over this .

After I placed the order, I got a message from the doctor about an hour later saying I was approved, but the dosage wasn’t what I expected. I honestly thought something was off and reached out to support right away. Turns out I forgot to upload my previous prescription, so the provider didn’t have the info they needed. Support stepped in fast and sent everything to the provider. I got the dosage corrected within an hour. they shipped it out that same day and I got the meds the next morning. Took my first shot and everything has been great so far. Really happy with the support and the medication. Good first impression, will stick with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...I signed up with them and sent them documents of the dosage i was on. they sent me the lowest dose and said my script that i sent them was a concentrated number and that the .05 mgs is what it equaled to...BULL..after i asked questions as anyone would do when they spend that kind of money they immediately deleted my shipment and made me reso my whole profile again. I wanted to be switched from 3 month plan to monthly...i should have learned my lesson from the first time but they seemed like a great company so i ordered my next month and they started me back on the lowest does, now mind you they know they sent me a 3 month supply that went up in dosage then they start me again from the beginning on the following shipment ...i wanted a refund but of course that will not happen...I am now blocked on all their social media because as we know they delete the negative comments so everyone thinks they are great. Don't be fooled...lesson learned here. Next stop BBB...

I ordered the product Semagultide, what I have received is a compound with a very low dosage of the actual product. After 6 weeks and sending several messages, I have not lost any weight, nor has it curbed my appetite. As a matter of fact I have gained 3 lbs. Reaching a actual human is impossible, instead it is directed to AI and nothing guides to helping my problem. I have already spent $810 for a 6 month program, of which I have received 3 month supply of the low dosage product. I have not canceled yet and am still owed the another 3 months. but I won't be reordering

I have hopped between a few companies over the past year because of delays and random issues, so Piper was my last attempt before giving up. Happy to say they didn’t disappoint. The approval was quick, pricing was upfront, and shipping was fast. Everything arrived cold with clear instructions. The whole thing felt professional and organized which hasn’t been my experience elsewhere.

I paid for my meds on Wednesday, emailed with the doctor that afternoon and my meds were just delivered this morning! No hassle, very easy process and I am looking forward to doing this again in six months!

** Edit since they replied LOL...First of all their reply is a lie and I have screen shots with time stamps to prove it. They did cxl my order and reply FINALLY but not until I posted this review. I stand by what I said I would not use this platform they are shady. I also have messages from them stating they made errors with my account and apologized for it, BUT again not until I posted this review and others.

DO NOT buy from this platform. They immediately charged my card before I ever had an "appointment" with a doctor. They said same day visits and that did not happen. There was never any sort of appointment and days later after repeated attempts to contact them a dr authorized my prescription. The tracking number was issued and then cancelled. The customer service agents in chat support respond 3 hours later with a generic answer and then end the convo with no help. There is not a customer service line to contact anyone. Its been over a week and I still have no answers and lots of money missing from my checking account.

I've reviewed quite a number of Tirzepatide providers and Joinpiper was at the top. Thorough inbound review, use 503a pharmacy, quick delivery. I requested 3 month supply of 15 mg and it arrived cold. Responsive to questions. They have been extremely helpful in upgrading me from 3 month to 6 months. I'm looking forward to working with Piper to get me down to my target weight and then onto maintenance.

I signed up with piper on 10/29, the process was super simple and quick. I got approved the same day, order was shipped out next day 10/30 and I received it on 10/31!!! The speed is crazy good and the customer service answered all my questions pretty quick. Finally found a provider who actually delivers.

I am writing to express my frustration with the terrible experience I’ve had with your company. I purchased a one-month supply of medication, but you initially sent me the wrong product. Almost a month later, I finally received the correct medication, but by then I had already canceled the plan.

Despite this, you have continued to charge my account every month without my authorization, and I have not received any additional products since then. I have also tried to contact your customer service several times by email, but no one has ever replied.
This situation is unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges and written confirmation that my account has been fully canceled so that no further payments are taken.
