This company is terrible
This company is terrible, the advertise one price for glp then give another and charge you for membership. I called immediately and canceled all things. Then I get a charge weeks later, I call and say I canceled and the rep says you canceled medication not for the membership. I asked why would I want the membership to continue if I canceled the medication. I could hear in her voice she wanted to say “we got you”. Such a scam please look at other places.

Mochi Health has two separate components, a Health Subscription that covers access to our providers and care team, and a medication subscription for your treatment plan. Each requires independent cancellation. We try to make this clear through our website FAQs, our eligibility flow, and the billing section of your patient portal, but we hear your feedback that it didn't feel transparent enough and we're always looking for ways to improve.
We also want to be clear that there is no intent to mislead our members, and we're sorry the interaction with our representative left you feeling that way. That is not the experience we want anyone to have, and we take that feedback seriously.

I would give negative stars if I could
I would give negative stars if I could. The customer service is horrendous. I bought the subscription and five minutes later has a change of heart and they refuse to give me a refund. Totally dishonest in my opinion. I used zero of their services and they are insisting they cannot give refund. I will make it my mission to warn everyone of this scam company - if they can’t do something this simple what else are they hiding??

They are a fraudulent entity that requires $199 payment prior to consultation with the nurse. If, for any reason, your medication is not approved or you don't qualify, they will not issue a refund, and there is no accessible point of contact for further assistance. I would not recommend them. I have heard this from a few people and they have complaints on BBB

Constant $80 fee after cancelled meds
I cancelled my medication but the company kept charging me for their "extra" subscription fee of $80 a month! I never received a warning email letting me know they were charging me. If I cancel the meds it should also cancel the subscription. This is extremely unethical and predatory with no transparency about charging your card.

Mochi Health has two separate components: a health membership, which covers unlimited access to your provider and support team, and a medication subscription, which covers your prescription. These are billed independently because canceling your medication does not mean you no longer have access to your care team — we want patients to have the flexibility to explore other medication options we offer through our compounded GLP-1s or Mochi Shop without losing that access in the process. We understand, however, that this structure was not transparent enough and we are actively working to improve how it is communicated.
