I ordered from ziphealth and they used to use another pharmacy. Now they changed to Levity. I got a smashed box with the contents smashed and warm. Just how you want your semaglutide....not. I called ziphealth and they refused a refund. My worry is that people will take this stuff from this pharmacy when it is shipped so poorly that the box is falling apart and everything is carelessly thrown in inside it. Like I purchased it from some dark alley somewhere. If you are going to give me some canned response like you do everyone else, don't bother.

Wouldn’t recommend them, I was prescribed my jab on a Wednesday, it still wasn’t dispatched until the Monday, I emailed numerous times just saying theyre busy because of Easter two weeks ago .. if you’re that busy and can’t manage the orders you already have then they shouldn’t be taking on new orders, my box arrived this morning with a free water bottle tape measure sharps box needles etc but no jab, all the ice packs etc were in the box but there’s wasn’t a injection inside, I’ve tried calling and nobody answers the phone I’ve emailed and yet to receive a reply, I understand a week isn’t long to wait for a package but people reply on this jab for there weekly dose, other company send next day. Communication isn’t great. Just remember people, cheaper isn’t always better

When I first joined levity all was good, I had 3 months of perfect service. On my 4th pen for 10mg, they approved my prescription on the 4th of April. I cancelled on the 29th due to still not receiving the pen. No other company would prescribe to me as I had been without an injection for over 4 weeks and I have had to start again.
My issue is the lack of transparency. Had they told me on the 4th, I would have found another provider and not lost my dosage but they didn't. I had to chase and chase to be told we're having logistical issues and we don't know when it will come.
They are ignoring medical guidelines. Go with someone cheaper and more reliable.

DO NOT USE LEVITY-SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. Took them weeks to deliver my second order of mounjaro. On my third order they took payment from my bank six days earlier than the day I stated leaving me overdrawn and facing bank charges. I contacted them to complain and they cancelled my order without consultation leaving me with no mounjaro and a five day wait for my refund to appear. Absolutely appalling service, avoid like the plague and use Pharmacy2u instead, who are brilliant

This is in regards to a UK order I’m a new customer changed from my usual company for Mounjaro because of the initial price. I was not informed when ordering there was an issue with the uk office/ dispensary and likely my order would be delayed. I’m waiting a week I have emailed numerous times I get a blunt reply no apology or empathy to the point I think I was speaking with robots. I have asked to raise a complaint and after 48 hours this has still not been resolved and still no medication they keep sending me emails at 10pm 12am and 3am asking me to complete information on how I am getting on wth you haven’t sent it me !! I am without my jab I am unhappy and stressed with your company I want a refund ! Oh and they came up with a good one asking me for a new picture that picture had been accepted by three other companies !! You all follow the same guidelines answer that. Stop emailing me rubbish and sort my refund and any UK person don’t waste yr time money energy there are cheaper and more efficient companies

Be carefull when ordering from this company. My delivery took nearly a week to arrive. They dispatched it before bank holiday weekend so was sat in a warehouse of the delivery company for 24 hours. When the order arrived it was warm and I felt it was risky to then take the drug. £120 down the drain and I ordered from a different company.

Super disappointed with how Levity handled the FDA response to compounded semaglutide. These last few months they were confident and were assessing the situation only to cancel subscriptions ant the last minute and leave their patients empty handed. They did not give any clinical feedback on how to wean their patients off the medication since they were no longer able to dispense it nor did they even offer a way for their patients to stock up on it before the ban. They had more than enough time to prepare for this and give their patients options but instead waited to the last min and left their patients in the dark.

DO NOT USE! Ordered my Muanjaro off this company. Took them 2 weeks to pick up a phone! Still no reply to the emails i sent within 12hour window as shown on their page! Terrible customer care. ONE person who answers (1hr 40 mins of waiting on someone to actually answer)got my refund but they are slack as anything. Avoid!

I had been very pleased with Levity and recently left positive feedback. I recommended Levity to my daughter who unfortunately has not had the same experience. Payment was taken 8/4/25 and delivery was expected 17/4/25 with Royal Mail tracked. Still no prescription and dose has now been missed this week. No reply from any of our emails just an automated response. No one to speak to at customer service, very disappointed.

I enquired about reducing the dose, though I never confirmed this
The agent took it upon herself to reduce the dose without my consent and the payment came out.
I had to cancel the order and pay again for 15mg.
The refund never came through and the 15mg has never been received.
This was on 18th of April it's now the 30th and no sign of mounjaro. Complaints department have said they are "deeply sorry" and have delays in dispatch.
I am beyond frustrated at their slap dash approach to what is a serious breach of prescription protocols and terrible customer service.

New customer. Ordered 3 weeks ago. Several emails. The first was couldn't get semidlutide but they were going to send the compounded version. Emails sent weekly waiting to approved by pharmacist. The last one said 5 to 10 days before being shipped. I emailed them last night and recieved a message that FDA had banned them from using the compound version. Probably got paid off by by big pharmacist. IT said that I would still recieve my order. What the hell is one vial gonna do if I'm not able to get anymore. Think twice before sending your money

I will now have to raise a charge back with my credit card company. DO NOT RESPOND BY TELLING ME TO CALL THAT NUMBER. You guys know that no one ever answers. The reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of just 1 is because my experience with them started off much better than it ended.
Long story short, in my 4th month with them they started sending me B12 shots trying to pass it off as semaglutide. Not to mention, I was previously on semaglutide before subscribing to Levity and they refused to start me on the proper dose even though I provided proof of my previous Rx. They like to send you the first few much lower doses so they can send you less medication for the same monthly price. Shady stuff.
There's much better semaglutide services out there that won't stiff you or just outright give you the wrong medication.... avoid Levity.
