I ordered for the first time from…

I ordered for the first time from Levity last week. I received my order which was an empty box. The seal was intact, which means Levity were to blame for the mistake. I have written them three emails, all of which have been ignored. Their telephone number is just an automated message on repeat. The live chat does not work either. I can’t believe this company is still in business.

This company is an absolute joke.

This company is an absolute joke.
I placed an order over a week ago, submitted my photos and proof of prescription multiple times, and I’ve received nothing but delays and poor communication.

Their customer contact number is useless—just a loop that never gets answered, even after holding for over 30 minutes. They only communicate via email, and even then, they take 6 to 8 hours to reply, often just to ask for the same information I’ve already provided several times. I respond immediately, and then the waiting game starts all over again.

They have my phone number—why not just call me if something’s unclear? It’s basic customer service!

Worse still, I ran out of my medication four days ago. Levity clearly doesn’t care about the well-being of their patients. No urgency. No empathy. Just bureaucracy and silence.

Stay far away from this company. Absolutely disgraceful service.

DONT BUY FROM LEVITY

Had a complaint with them about subscription. Not answer by email, not by phone. Delivery arrived one day late, with ice completly melted (with this hot) So not safe to use it and there is not way to contact them. Did I loose £200? Did someone had this problem

Scam

Order in in mid may- no tracking info. All emails are responded to by an AI/bot. Phone line says open 8-10 Monday - Sunday but what I called at 10am the voicemail said they were closed. Tried 3 times with the same outcome. They are clearly run poorly. Refund me.

First time using Levity and never again.…

Ordered my prescription on 23rd May. It's now 9th June and no tracking information, no delivery and no communication. Emailed them last week and even though their automated response said replied within 12 hours, 4 days later, I still have had no replies.

Cannot recommend this company enough.

Cannot emphasise enough the communication and ease of usage. Any query’s I have had have been answered in a timely manner, information emails sent out regularly but not too often. Website is very user friendly. Delivery is very quick AND FROZEN! Having used another supplier and receiving slightly cold full melted ice packs so far all my Levity orders are still completely frozen. Checks in are helpful to see if there are issues or to step up a dose. Honestly would 100% recommend them to anyone on a wellness journey! Oh and the fact it’s a subscription and you can pick you delivery date (allowing time between orders) takes the hassle out of ordering and remembering and if you not home.. just change the date.. simple.

Ordered and received fine shared my experience with family earned 80 pounds towards my next pen and was contacted saying my surname didn’t match my I’d as I’ve now married and replyed to say I can send birth certificate and no one’s got back to me. Feel like I’m being done out of my reward as there was no problem with I. D first time around

Lack of support

I was really disappointed with levity. After sending prescription to old address they never refunded or credited my account. Now 2 months later - they have sent me out a new prescription but charged me again. You hardly ever get a response on email. The phone lines are never open even during the stated opening hours. No customer care or service. Happy to keep taking money for a product never received

Absolutely Terrible – AVOID AVOID AVOID

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Levity has been unbelievably poor.

Initially, communication was fast—when I was placing my order for Mounjaro. But once the sale was made, the service completely collapsed. I’ve been chasing missing needles for over 6 weeks, which meant my pen went out of date and became unusable. This is not just frustrating—it’s completely unacceptable.

I’ve been promised multiple times that the needles would be sent out, but all I get are vague excuses about how “busy” they are. When I ask for specific timelines or updates, I get ignored. I’ve requested escalation to a manager EIGHT times and have been flat-out ignored every single time.

This company is happy to take your money, but when issues arise, they are unreachable, unhelpful, and entirely unaccountable. Broken promises, poor communication, and no respect for the urgency or seriousness of medical needs.

Absolutely AVOID this company. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Taken my money and Prescription approved over two weeks ago and still not received. Emails are ignored and phone lines are closed. Was sent a Royal Mail tracking code which has never updated and Royal Mail state that they are yet to receive any parcel. Live chat is also ignored. Disgusting customer service. Would advise people to go elsewhere.

I ordered on 23 May and was delivered on 24 May, but I didn't receive the item, also the proof of delivery was unclear and it seems the name on the box was not mine. They agreed for the item to be redelivered but didn't received until now and no updates from my queries already
