I have been motivated to write this review for a few months. Now is the time. I was using the app on my Bowflex bike for over 2 years. At the 6 month mark of the 3 year the application would reboot after about 3 minutes. Then after a week or so it would reboot 2 times every work out. Then 3 times and then 4 times. I email support and they had no success resolving the issue. Also I used the app almost everyday and I would ride for 20-30 miles. The application just shut down after 1 hour and 3 minutes. Support from JRNYS told me this was a software flaw of the system and it would update soon. It never did. Stay the hell away from this bike app, it is horrible all the way around. Its just really outdated and the support I received was embarrassing. JRNYS should be ashamed to charge for this garbage.

Do not buy from them. They're talking about 34 mg and they give you 17 and it's not even the right stuff. I was supposed to get money but so long mungrno and I paid extra of course. So just save yourself 500 bucks. Don't go here. They've told me three times they were going to call me. They don't call me. They haven't tried to fix anything. From now on I'm staying away from these internet companies. I think you're just the newest scam out there

The application process is very easy and straightforward, the customer service is super. The advice and explanation given to me by Khalid ichoua was top notch and am very happy.

The registration process was very easy to do once I realised that you need to send your bank statement via a pdf and not upload a picture of it,I think this scheme is a great idea for buying property in our current climate.

It was a really easy and simple process with the website well layed out and easy to navigate.

I would like to say that Jrny's application process is very good, especially regarding the security of the applicant's data and information. The staff you provided me with the general information of Jrny also provided a very clear explanation of the goal of Jrny.

Application process super clear and simple. Just waiting now for an outcome and feedback so will update review then.

*Update* Reduced to 4 stars everything previous still stands however on success of application it only then becomes clear they have not yet launched. I feel this could have been made clearer at the start.
