Wells Fargo tried to play hardball by only accepting fee negotiation by phone - no written correspondence - but Jason was excellent! Called at the scheduled time, said the right things, and my account was instantly credited the fees owed. Definitely plan to use again!

I really don't know how this company has gotten so many good reviews, but they're definitely either paying people to say positive things or they're posting them all themselves.
I started this process with them almost two months ago. After not hearing from them, I send a message and they advise me that I would need to schedule an appointment for a three way call. This call was supposed to take place on 9/20/2021. The time came and went and no one from Harvest reached out to me. After complaining via email, I was contacted by someone named Luis and asked to schedule again. The earliest appointment that they had available was approximately one month away (10/20). This appointment was scheduled for 2pm today. Anyone care to take a guess what happened? I absolutely did not receive a phone call from them.
To make matters even worse, they are still connected to my account and you can't get anyone on the line. You can only send emails. Right now, I'm on a 35 min hold (per the automated message) with Acorns to see if THEY have any insight, but Harvest is just a division of Acorns so I wont hold my breath.
I want them to offer the funds for all of my time that they wasted AND remove ALL of my accounts from their website IMMEDIATELY!

I have previously had no luck with negotiating overdraft fees with my bank (even explaining that I've been a student, had financial hardship, etc.), and I was blown away at how much Jason was able to get refunded for me! He was efficient with our time and made the process very simple. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who has had to deal with overdraft fees!!

Worth Every Penny
Jason was so helpful and I would highly recommend working with him and Harvest by Acorns to get your bank fees negotiated. He was polite and well-spoken, and walked me through the entire process before we started the 3 way call with my bank. When the first representative said that I did not quality for any refunds, he asked to speak with a supervisor- which eventually led me to getting a refund on 50 bank fees. This was such an unexpected surprise, whenever I try to negotiate my fees back I only received $8 or none this year. I recently graduated college and earlier in the year I was in a bind with paying rent and fees for school and my account got overdrafted alot.
