When I signed up, I explained that I had already been on 15mg prescription of Zebound for the past year which I stopped taking a month ago. I instructed that I want the same dosage that my previous doctor ordered for me; I wrote that in my description when I place my order as a requirement. But when the package arrived from Embody, they only sent 2.5 mg. I promptly called them and told them it wasn't correct and I wanted them to replace the prescription with 15 mg that I ordered and had already been using. Embody refused, and I am stuck with what appears to be a watered-down product that is useless to me and that I wasn't able to get a refund for. Embody did not do what I explicitly instructed them to do and they did not inform me that they were going to 'bait and switch' dosages on me claiming that since they never work with me before, they had to start the prescription at 2.5 mg, which is ridiculous. I've signed up with a new company, and they shipped 15 mg without any issues. DO NOT use Embody. There are other competitors who are more upfront and honest than this company is, especially since I'm now finding out from other people who have commented, that Embody charges more money for higher mg dosages? Most competitors out there don't do this. This company is misleading and I would argue even deceptive because they use this tactic to get your money and then don't give you the product that you were expecting, and no refunds especially if you order more than one month up front.

The whole experience and process was fantastic....I just found what I was looking for at a better price .
If I could have afforded the increase in pricGreat e then I would have stuck with it ..

I currently was taking Wagovy and at a higher dose than what embody started me at. I feel going backwards is not a good option. They should have taken into consideration what does I was currently taking and at least starting me on that dose.

I just started using tirzepatide from embody
It works perfectly well and I don’t have to commit to anything and the price is the best

Meds arrived quickly and I seem to be responding favorably.

Its great service and the doctors and support team are amazing. The shipping however is absolutely awful. That's the only bad thing. But the Embody team has ensured me they're going to take care of everything. All in all they are fantastic and priced amazingly! Very thankful 🙏

The process was fast and easy. Had a hiccup with my first order shipping but they sent a replacement next day air. Someone is always in the email/text for customer support. I will continue to use them.

Easiest process ever. Filled out the form, got approved same day, medication at my door within a week. And price is one of the best I've found!

It was very disappointing when I paid $149 for the 2.5 dose and then when I went up to 5.0 I got charged $399. I found another company who does not do that so I switched to them

The first month, everything was wonderful.I paid an introduction fee of a $149.00 to get my next dose, it would be$399.00 did not know that I would be paying that much money to get the next dose. I cannot continue to pay every month.Ain't a new amount to go up a dose

I’m grateful for Embody I have been on this weight loss journey for a year and I pay out of pocket on a limited income. I went from paying $397 to $229 and I pay now &149. They listened to my concerns and they acted on them. I can’t say enough about this situation company but Thank You Embody.

Great company and experience but those $299 prices are too much man!

I have had a great experience. I got a great price that stays the same, not sure what other people are saying about increasing prices. Maybe they didn’t read everything they should have. I do 3 months at a time. My only complaint would be, I accidentally left one of my voles on the counter in confusion of trying to leave for vacation. I asked if I could get a replacement. They said I’d have to pay the 1 month at a time fee, I wasn’t thrilled with paying $23 more but idk, and then I gave them permission to charge me and mail it. I’ve gotten no response. So I’m missing this weeks dose. Just waiting. So that is why 4 stars. If I don’t hear from them, I will revise my review to reflect that.

UPDATE:
Embody reached out to me (before they responded to my review) and made sure my replacement vile was sent off to the pharmacy for dispensing. Knowing them I will have my replacement vile by end of week. Within 3 days.
Thanks EM for making this easy and feel supported. I do 3 months at a time and I’ve never had any problems!! I recommend this company for your GLP-1/GLP needs!

Customer Service has been great and everything has been shipped to me with all I need.So far it has been great!

This is all online. I have found this company to be extremely helpful. They are responsive and the product is top notch. It is also affordable. I am glad I jumped on the band wagon.

Everything started out good, received my medicine in a timely manner, good price. It states on their site that the price would go up a little, on your next order, BUT dang cost went from $149 for a month to $399 a month. That is more than double! I would NOT have bought the medicine if I would have known how high my price went to.
