Its been 17 days since I placed my order. Still haven't received my nad, tracking # or updates on when its actually gonna show up. All i got was a reminder that my refill was due soon and this email asking me how it is. We'll. Don't know. Customer service seems to be a joke. The whole receive it quickly was also a joke. The fact i havent even gotten a tracking number 17 days AFTER I paid is giving red flags.

I am rating the customer support and price at this time. I have only been on my medication for one week, so I cannot rate on results yet. I am looking forward to a positive outcome.

They help me with questions I have anytime if they day. Their response is fast. They make sure I know everything about the medication as well.

The only complaint I have is that it took so long to get here. Nearly two weeks.

Did not answer my questions. Did not speak with a provider. Sent me .25mg of medication after I told them I’ve taking 4mg for the past year. Left me with 1/16th of the dose I was on previously using. No regard for my concern. To response to my concerns. I gained 12 lbs back in 3 weeks because of their disregard of my requests. Did not cancel after texts and email requests.
No one of any use to discuss these issues with.

Fast delivery. Great customer service

Everything was fast and easy.

I get the 3 months plan advertised for $126 a month total $349 and I’m getting charge $399 and now the support team is telling me that I have to pay another $90 I provide images of advertisements saying price lock and they keep trying to fool me saying that the price is incorrect that’s a big fraud and false advertisement

Customer service response is horrible. Had my product delivered to me in the heat of 114 took three days it was overheated. I still have not gotten a replacement or a refund. It’s been a week.

I never met with a doctor. I would have like to have met with a doctor.

Good price, fast approval and delivery

Process of approval was easy and quick. Shipping was relatively fast. So far so good! I'd recommend Embody!

Great they did what they said …. Price is fair and do-able.

Love this company they made it very easy to obtain my medicine and keep a close check on my stats to make sure I am handling the meds like I should and often check on side effects if im having any!!!!

The 5.0 does not work for me as the 7.5. The 5 does not curb my appetite as the 7.5. I have gained back 5+ lbs and finding it harder to lose even 1 lb.
I prefer the 7.5. mpo

I did not receive a link to communicate with my provider.

I repeated asked questions regarding my desire to continue with the same dose I had previously started with a different provider. They repeatedly ignored my questions, and sent the alternate does, THEN responded saying they couldnt change it since it had already been mailed. They never specifically said if my dose was lower, equal to or higher than my previous meds. I still don't know how the dose I was taking compares to the dose I have now, because the mg per bottle and injection amounts are different. SUPER UNHAPPY with their poor communications. The price, if the dose is correct, is good. The order arrived packaged in a mini cooler, but the vials were WARM. I don't know about the efficacy of the product because I will take my first injection tomorrow. I invite Embody to contact me to remedy their shortcomings.
