This company made everything very simple. They do an excellent job of explaining things and the customer service is excellent. Tyler in particular has been immensely helpful in getting things ordered and is a phenomenal communicator.

Tyler was great with communication and making sure so my concerns and questions were answered. His upbeat attitude made the experience better and I'd definitely recommend people to join!

Just got off a call with Tyler today to refill my medication and he was so helpful and congratulated me on losing 40lbs so far! Sometimes I forget what a feat it is to lose this much weight, so it was really nice to hear that from someone else. Elevate has given me so much hope that I can reach my goals, I would recommend this program to anyone that struggles with losing weight.

The support you receive is impeccable and professionalism is just as amazing. Being able to reach an actual person is another perk. I'm so happy I did my research and chose Elevate Health and Wellness. Not to mention that I've lost close to 30lbs since starting my weight loss journey with them. Tyler was SO nice and easy to talk to! I have lost over 30 pounds in 12 weeks with only a little acid reflux when I first started the injections. I don’t feel I am missing out on meals or food choices. I feel great and it is amazing to see 3-5 pounds off the scale every week!

Tyler was personable, polite and engaging. He was knowledgeable and made the call easy and quick ! Had plenty of texts to remind me of call also ! Love that !

Amazing program, and very professional and nice customer service and support. Had my first refill phone call with Tyler, and he was amazing!!! He listened to me, helped me with my questions, and was very informative. This program was here for me when my insurance wasn’t. And the fact that you can pay in installments is even better. If you haven’t given Elevate a chance, do it now! You won’t be disappointed. This program has helped me lose 18 lbs already in just a little under 2 months. I wouldn’t had been able to do that without their help.

I was so nervous; taking this step was a big decision for me. I compared myriad programs and was most impressed by the constant praise regarding their customer service. I felt like I would have any support I needed. The educational video was great & I knew exactly what to do when the product arrive. Shipping was fast, and I had a small issue that was resolved overnight. Nausea meds were a nice bonus. Couldnt be happier thank you!!

So, set up my appointment which was paid for. It was somewhat misleading as first you spend a lot of time answering questionnaire. Then you are contacted by a sales agent - who affirms multiple times about the specific to you program. I expressed concern on the cost.... so after about 30 min in I ask for a cut to the chase. Are you ready? $12,000 approx. ( actually a bit more but with a 5% discount if you do it now .. and shocking, they will help finance :/ ) Very direct sales, very patronizing about aligning with them and you. Minimal empathy and literally patronizing. Def interested in your success but again, patronizing. Its a one year commitment. There may well be value to it but, I am sorry, this is not an integrity sounding situation. Feels like a dishonest situation. I am not the least impressed and sadly feel cheated on my money spent on the 'appointment' I want that money back and will be reaching out to request. But feel I would be disengenuous if I did not share how this is. Very sad to say and share it but, def incredibly inflated. Save your money is my advice and hire a one on one in your own area and likely a heck of a lot more affordable.

I had an issue with my medication. I misread the dosage and I did not take it properly and I ran out, way before I should’ve but was still paying for the product. I was so distraught and contacted your company. I spoke with Joseph. He explained what went wrong and showed so much empathy for my situation and he did everything he could to help me and he and I came up with a fair, actually a more than fair resolution. Joseph went above and beyond to try and help me and I am forever grateful .
