Speedy, great service, and price.

I've been a member for only five months. I have had all my annual wellness expenses reimbursed and the service has been great.

What makes this experience great , is how easy it is to pay medical bills and not having to deal with the bureaucracy of large health insurance companies. The customer service professionals also simplify the process as well!

CrowdHealth is easy to work with. They respond quickly to my questions and were very helpful with my daughter’s medical bills. Thank you!

I had a great experience recently after having to unexpectedly go to the emergency room. My advocate actually reached out to me personally to see if I was okay, which would never happen with a traditional insurance carrier. While it did take over 6 months for my emergency room charges to get negotiated, CrowdHealth was always available to answer questions on how to navigate the process. One area of information I didn't know was that the hospital and network would not negotiate the price of the emergency visit so ultimately after 5+ months my outstanding balance was sent to collections. Within a couple of weeks of this happening, the balance was then negotiated down by several hundred dollars. I think this is just something to be aware of that it can take several months to have your balance negotiated and it my be sent to a 3rd party collection agency but they are more likely to get the charges reduced and settled. Overall, my experience was stellar and I so appreciate the support and help of CrowdHealth.

It’s so nice to not be spending so much on insurance every month and to both support and have the support of others. It definitely feels like a more human and reasonable way to go about meeting health needs and has worked great for us so far. The process is easy, the app is fantastic, and my care advocate is so helpful, kind, and easy to reach. Crowd health is so much easier to work with than traditional health insurance companies.

We had our first medical need from my 5 year old experiencing ear infection symptoms, and we were able to quickly schedule an online urgent care call, be diagnosed and told how to care for him without using antibiotics! Proud to say WE DID IT! Then within a week our call was crowd funded!! So happy to not be a part of the health insurance “machine” anymore!!!

The proactive approach to educating users about how the system works was a good sign that CrowdHealth would be a trusted partner in healthcare. A family member recommended it to me and I have done the same with others because the reality aligns with what they preach!

I really can't believe this works as well as it does. I am having my first "health event" and everything is being handled smoothly and quickly and I'm receiving the care I need without a lot of stress and not knowing what I will owe. It's amazing.

Traditional health insurance equals stress and anxiety for me. For years I was trying to figure out how to get our family out of that model. Three years ago we discovered Crowd Health through friends. Being wellness minded, it is such a great fit for us. And the support staff (who I rarely ever need) is super friendly and helpful!!
