One of the best choices I've made
I was a little skeptical of using Arbor as a tool in helping with our rising utility costs. However, I am very, very satisfied with Arbor's assistance. For some context: the rate plans we secure are personalized to your specific utility account and usage, sourced from our trusted supply partners, with the goal of maximizing your savings versus what you'd pay without Arbor, alongside protection from predatory practices and market volatility.
When we enrolled you in your fixed rate of $0.0973/kWh with APG&E in April, AEP Ohio's default rate was $0.0994/kWh and it has since risen to $0.10969/kWh, so your locked rate is saving you even more now than when it started. While $15 a month may not seem like much, it's savings you wouldn't otherwise receive on the default rate, through a completely free service.

A person from Arbor was always in touch with what they were doing to help find the best electric price for me - and they did. It's so easy, just sign up and they will take it from there. I emailed them several times checking in on the status and they always got back to me.

I'm a new customer.
I'm a new customer, we haven't known each other long. I'm trusting you to help me manage a significant percentage of my monthly expenses. I feel a bit at risk.
Olive's message said, in essence, 'glad we could help, please call whenever we can help.' I believe she meant it. I also got the impression she believed in the firm, and was proud of her daily contribution.
That only happens when the employee is treated as well as the customer. That's where customer service begins... or ends. Too many employers don't realize that and wonder why the people they hired to serve customers don't have their hearts in it.
This new customer now has increased confidence in the decision he made to work with ARBOR. I don't know how either ARBOR or I could get any more out of those few words Olive and I exchanged.

I was not sure I would save any money with Arbor, but glad I was wrong!! Thought it was a scam, but then Penn Power just started going up and up in price, so I figured how much more could I loose? Early Termination Charge Reimbursement
I received an early termination charge after the cancellation of a former agreement when Arbor was securing me a better rate. I wasn't previously aware of Arbor's Early Termination Fee policy, and customer service was great in resolving the issue.
