My shoes arrived on time and look great.
Feel comfortable as well.

I have not received the boots i ordered 2 weeks ago or an update when they will be shipped. I can’t find a customer service email address on the website to get an update. I am looking forward to getting to wear the shoes.

Since writing this I have been contacted and offered the boots and lots of apologies. I do think they were not good here but customer service is at least friendly.

The Brecon boots are great. The silhouette. The cut of the shoe. It's fantastic and frankly give Loake a run for their money. Along with that, their customer service is helpful and patient. They do give the best possible advice on an individual basis.

The bad:
The sole. The studded sole isn't durable at all. I chew through them within 3 to 4 months. The cost of repair was £80 for a re-soling the boots so I used to buy another pair for £99 instead because I loved the silhouette of the boots. But that's not sustainable frankly so I've stopped. Finally, the gussets. They're not durable either. You'll see the gussets tearing or fibres at the top coming out and it takes away from the fact that these should be durable hand made shoes.

Really happy with the John White McQueen driving moccasins. They look fantastic and feel very well made for the price. The leather is slightly stiff at first, but after a few wears it’s already starting to soften and mould to the foot, so I can tell they’re only going to get more comfortable. Fit is good, the sole is flexible, and they work perfectly with jeans or chinos. Overall, great value and a pair I’ll be reaching for a lot.

I've had John White shoes for more than 15 years and two if them are more than 12-13 years old. They are still really comfortable with good care.

Prompt response to order and delivered as advised. Boots are of good quality and were in sale so good price. For a present but as a replacement for a pair bought previously which have been well worn and liked.

I have now got 3 pairs of the Hemsworth shoe and I find them extremely comfortable and I love the relaxed style.

Apart from 12s being a little cramped for me, I love the entire range of shoes I’ve ordered from JW. 2 leather trainers, 1 hybrid brogues & suede Chelsea boots. Great quality for the price and I usually grab them via a local stockist. Occasionally I order direct and it’s always a great experience, quick shipping etc.

Just wish they were a little bigger toe side/13s available.
