I moved from Highland fuels who I had been with for over 22 years. Sadly due to an issue with them I decided to try Johnston Oils. The service I have received from Johnston's has been excellent. Their service level is amazing. Highly recommended.

Nothing fundamentally wrong with the company. All efficient and helpful but they are significantly more expensive than the competition in an era when price really matters. Customers should not be penalised for having a supply contract or paying monthly. They should at least price match NRG prices for example' They are way off.

We completely appreciate your comments regarding pricing, particularly at a time when household budgets remain under pressure. We continually review our pricing to ensure we remain competitive while maintaining the reliable service our customers expect.
Having looked into your account, I can see that you're a member of one of our heating oil clubs. Our oil clubs benefit from group pricing, which is typically around 4ppl to 5ppl lower than our standard 10 day delivery price advertised online, depending on the area, size of the club and the combined club volume ordered.
It would appear that you may not have been taking full advantage of these preferential rates and we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you to ensure you're receiving the best possible price available through your club.
We certainly don't believe customers should be disadvantaged for their loyalty or for choosing to spread the cost of their heating oil through monthly payments.
