I have had the pleasure of working closely with Adam, Mia, Kevin, Abbie and Tenille at John Shepherd Estate Agents, and they have been outstanding throughout.

Their communication is second to none. They always keep me fully updated, respond promptly, and ensure everyone is informed every step of the way. No question is ever too much trouble, and no problem is too big or too small for them to help resolve. They are always approachable, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible for us as one of their contractors.

It is a pleasure working alongside such a dedicated and supportive team. Their organisation, efficiency, and commitment to providing excellent service make a real difference, and we genuinely value our working relationship with them.

Reemi Yasmin has been unfailingly efficient over the past few months in flagging me on decisions and actions needed for my Birmingham flat, and she always goes the extra mile in chasing me up if I don't respond in a timely way. This is a great help as I live in Japan and am unable to stay on top of the many changes coming in for landlords.
