What a first class service I have just received from Andrew Pitkin and his team at John Grose at Lowestoft! My van originally came from a Ford dealer out of the area, so I needed to visit a Ford dealer locally to me for its first service. There was therefore absolutely no obligation for them to be so helpful with everything, including sorting a few technical issues, such as giving me a step by step guide through the app. They also sorted a problem I had with DVLA regarding my new number plate registration, and again nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks so much for all the help, I’d highly recommend them!

Made to feel very welcome in showroom
Made to feel very welcome in showroom, salesman very helpful in my search for a new puma, although the car was available was kept waiting by Octopus until they fixed my electric cable at my property, hand over was very professional
One fault has been the continue texts from Ford saying to get my electrical system drain service required, l have to wait nearly 3 weeks to get this checked and the Ford garage might keep it for the day

John Grose Ford dealer
Been coming to John Grose since it opened way back.
Being a Ford Employee we have to get out of Essex to get a decent deal and for a 50min drive, John Grose is the place to go to.
Not just the Ipswich branch, Woodford is excellent as well.

Went to buy Jaecoo. Very efficient and pleasant customer service by Luca. Took his time to help and I never felt rushed.

We needed to replace our car because my wife has become wheelchair bound,we saw a wav car at John Grose so contacted them and spoke to Nikki who bought the car to our home for a viewing and test drive. We decided that it was what we needed so Nikki arranged everything from part ex our old car to the purchase of new car in 3 days, great service from Nikki and her team at John Grose would recommend them.Thankyou.

From start to finish the whole team were great in particular Alex in sales. He was friendly and professional plus understood my needs and limits and got me a deal I was happy with. He was in contact all the way through from first contact to delivery and since. A pleasure to deal with him.

Very good customer support
I am very happy with the electric car I bought and the deal which was on offer, but I want mention the exceptional help I got. Because insurance companies will not insure people over 84, and I am well over that limit, I could not test drive the car until I had bought it and insured it myself. When I came to pick it up I was given a very comprehensive driving lesson of about half an hour. This made me very confident as I drove the car the approx 8 miles back home in heavy traffic.
