The watch was delivered quickly and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the presentation. For a watch costing over £400, I would have expected much better packaging. The presentation box arrived damaged, with noticeable dents and tears, which is especially disappointing as the watch was purchased as a gift.
The watch itself appears fine, but the condition of the box lets the overall experience down and doesn’t reflect the premium price paid. I hope more care is taken with packaging and quality checks in future.
