First class customer service
Second to none customer service from this company. Quick to respond.
Purchased a bangle from them last year, unfortunately it split, contacted John Greed to see if it could be repaired. They responded quickly, requesting I send it back for a replacement, they even supplied a postage label.
Within a day I had an email to say my bangle was no longer in stock and I could either choose an alternative to the value of my bangle or have a refund. I found one I liked but was a little more expensive than my original - at this point I noticed an error on their web page so I emailed them to inform them. They thanked me for the info which was corrected and informed me I could have the new bangle with no extra charge!
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company or to purchase from them again.

Lovely design and prompt delivery
The wolf head design in oxidised sterling silver is original (though unfortunately i see there are cheap foreign knock-offs offered online) and a lovely keepsake. I bought it with a chain as a present, and it was much appreciated. The presentation box is nice. I would have liked a little certificate of authenticity of design/925 silver and a more visible hallmark to "big it up" a little but otherwise perfect.

Unfortunately Amazon courier let you down leaving package outside front door in the pouring rain !!
Luckily postman saw it and put it through letterbox so wasn’t too damaged by rain !
