I appreciate the company's thorough, thoughtful and helpful assistance during a difficult period. While the process takes time Sharif made sure my family was taken care of from start to finish. I would refer this company and their staff.

I chose John Foy because of the great reviews but that has not been the case for me. They've changed the legal assistant working my claim 3 times and each time I have to provide repetitive information. I was also tasks by one of them to get copies of my ambulance and doctor's bill. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting on the demand letter while my bills are piling up.

I had a great experience with John Foy & Associates. Attorney Cynthia Craig was very responsive, provided all the information I needed, and took the time to explain the process clearly from start to finish. The team truly lived up to their “Strong Arm” reputation and worked hard to secure a fair settlement on my behalf. I felt informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process, and I would recommend them to anyone needing strong and professional legal representation.

In four months I never received a phone call from my lawyer, I was notified after four months, they were dropping my case. The change of lawyer handling my case changed, I was never notified. BE WARNED To take the case, they want 38% - The obviously dropping the ball as far as advising me of a change of lawyers is another sign of gross negligence that points a finger directly to mismanagement at the John Foy & Associates law firm. Now after a review of the case, they found it financially not in this law firm’s interest to proceed on my behalf when you have an existing thirty eight percent in the agreement in taking this case. In which the associates must have crunched the numbers was it worth going forward in representing my case. And that even took four months?

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received from attorney Sepand Saberian and paralegal assistant Jacques Carnell at John Foy and Associates, and I confidently give them a full five-star rating for their exceptional dedication and professionalism. Throughout my case, they demonstrated a level of care, communication, and expertise that made the entire process far less stressful, taking the time to explain every step clearly while keeping me informed with patience and respect. Sepand handled the legal side with remarkable skill and attention to detail, and Jacques consistently went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed promptly, which gave me real peace of mind during a difficult time.
