Still haven’t received my parcel after paying for express delivery two weeks ago. No way of contacting the company on socials and email doesn’t work. Looks like a scam to me and will be contacting my bank

Very bad customer service. Two weeks response

Great hoodies and great customer service. Have sent multiple things back and they sort it quickly and very customer centric.

Excellent quality clothes. Good delivery times. Would love more colours on the t shirts and slightly different fits in the future.

Quality on this stuff is insane, I wouldn’t hesitate in buying it again at all.

Also just to add, my parcel got lost and they rectified it instantly, even offered me a free gift on top of their generosity they had already given.

Big up the bsmnt for another top brand coming out of it.

I put out an order for 2 pieces of clothing. The black zip up and also a normal washed hoodie. I waited for my package and noticed it took really long for it for it to arrive to my country. (denmark).

The owner of the brand had forgotten to label the price on the package (according to Danish package control/customs) . Which led to the package being fined a 90 pound fee. Which the buyer (me) had to pay for it to get through customs.

Dont forget i was promised that duties, fees and tax would not be a problem at checkout.

I ofcourse said no and denied the purchase of the package. I had to reach out myself on Facebook to the owner of the brand. For him to get things going. The mail on their website did not work.

When i finally found the owner on facebook and reached out to him i was met with open arms and he was very willing to help me out. The package had a lot of problems and i mostly went back and forth with the Danish Customs center. Here the owner did not reach out to Royal Mail. And also claimed that Royal mail where the only ones handing the package. (In denmark Postnord took it and was the responsible for delivery.) I tried multiple times to tell him that Postnord is the current carrier and he told me that he had never heard or believed in it.

The return of the package began 23 May. And i was dealing with it on my own. Now first the 27th of July the package is on the way back and im getting my refund.

I asked for a refund quickly since i have never actually had the package in hand. Never seen it or never had the chance to get it.

A whole 2 months after. Being left for days without answer and a lot of pushes and messages to the owner i finally had a reply but The only way for the owner to reply and actually begin refunding process and dealing with the problem was to threaten him with a callout in a big facebook group.

Dates (2024):
25th April. Order was placed
29th April. Order was on the way to Denmark
2 May. Package left England
6 May. Package was taken by danish customs

I knew the package was in big risk and in problems

23 May. Duties and fees was sent to me (90 pounds)

I demand a refund instantly. Was told it first was possible when the package was back at his office.

I push him to text royal mail but he does not answer. I go back and forward with the danish post office and is told that its John Williams fault for not declaring the value of the package.

Im left with no answers for a very long time and decide to threaten him with a callout if he does not take action.

The day of the threat it was dealt with instantly ofcourse...

27 June. Refund is finally on its way

Tldr. Only order from here inside of England. Since they are not a part of EU anymore and inexperienced clothing retailers sent packages outside and forget to declare a value of the package or mark it as a gift. It will be taken in customs outside of England.

Truly anooyed over the customer service and the way he treats people who spend 140 pounds on his website.

Dodge this place and go to Ronning.store if you want to order from England. Never experienced problems there. Uniqlo or Bareen also options.

Fast delivery, great communication and nice packaging. Product arrived in pristine condition and was quality is very good. Punches above its price point.

Really nice fit, true to size. And the quality is amazing.

The kind of business you want to see grow big

Had some problems with the delivery of an order (courier fault) which caused a long delivery time. These are the times good businesses separate themselves from great businesses in my opinion: support was fast, solution oriented and resolved the issue to the best of their ability.

Not to speak about the quality cuz the price/quality of the blanks is unmatched.

All in all: great experience! Will definitely order again.

Incorrect returns information that does not comply with Consumer Contracts Regulations. Especially where the website states no refunds on sale items which is false as customers can cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered. Sale items do not affect this.

The quality of the clothing for the price point is unmatched. Don’t agree with the 1/5 star review at all, as I found the service to be top notch. The sizing is perfect for me, packaging was very professional and to a high standard.
Comparing this brand to Primark is completely disrespectful, 10/10 for John Williams Clothing.

These hoodies are so thick they will actually need a bit of wearing in to truly appreciate the quality. Love mine straight out of the box! This is not your run of the mill average hoodie.
Love the boxy fit, perfect for me as I'm quite wide. Colour is lovely and the zipper is fantastic.
Don't think this hoodie will ever wear out, it'll just keep getting better.
I'm really fussy and quite hard to please when it comes to clothes and never review anything unless I feel it deserves a shout out or its particularly bad. Hope they produce a sweat shirt in the same fit as I will be straight on that. We done chaps, keep up the good work 👏

I recently purchased a hoodie from this clothing company, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite the hefty £100 price tag, the quality is reminiscent of budget brands like Primark. The extended wait for delivery heightened concerns of a potential scam. When the product finally arrived, it was disappointingly subpar, akin to something one could find at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. The sizing was off, packaging substandard, and attempting to navigate their amateurish customer service for returns was an exercise in frustration. It's downright obnoxious for the owner to charge such a high price for such low-quality items. The blatant attempt to mimic brands like Cole Buxton is evident, and the overall experience leaves me warning others to steer clear. Save your money and invest in a brand with genuine quality and integrity
