Wastes your time
The site lists jobs which are no longer available and doesn't confirm or notify you of an application being sent which is really irresponsible for applicants potentially missing out or doubling an application. I spent time on an application on the site only for the page to be blank on completion. I downloaded and checked the app, where no applications were on my account but the job listing now said it wasn't receiving applicants. Making the job market worse for applicants by having terrible communication and vital information only visible by app is so disappointing.
