I enrolled on the course just last month and was told that the course will start on the 6th January. I waited to gain access on that day as the course is fully online, waited for 30 minutes and nothing. I called them to find out what was going on and they told me that the tutor has registered me and that I was already in class. How? How can I be in class when I am not there?! How can I be in class when I don't even have access to the class?!!! That makes no sense! At all!

I confirmed that I wasn't and was told they would get back to me. Which they did not. I have called them several times to investigate what's going on and to grant me access to class, I got nothing until they eventually picked the call and Mentioned my name but a different surname?? I confirmed that wasn't me so they said will sort this out and get back to me which yet again they did not.

They even emailed me saying that I was in class and that I have messaged the Tutor. Which is ridiculous because I have never spoken to the tutor, neither do I have the tutors contacts.

Didn't benefit anything from the course, as there was nothing taught to begin with, nothing is happening!

This is clearly as it shows they did not bother to sort this out, always came back with the same excuses and never called me back after receiving my personal details, they just want to get the governments money that's all. This is very disappointing and that is just putting it mildly!

I DO NOT recommend Jobskilla, they are the absolute WORST! Not worth at all!

I successfully completd a course on Understanding Environmental Sustainability with them and had no issues whatsoever. The certificate was promptly emailed over once the course was completed. Feed back was given on each unit completed and the time to complete each unit was acceptable so not to rush.
I personally would have no hesitations in completing another course with them.

Many people mentioning that they didn't receive support but I didn't need extra support so can't rate my experience with that part. I did successfully complete a course with them and had no issues with starting dates etc and the certificate was promptly emailed over once the course was completed. Feed back was given on each unit completed and the time to complete each unit was acceptable so not to rush.
I personally would have no hesitations in completing another course with them.

Good selection of subjects to study, lovely tutor, very easy to learn with and to talk to.

If I could give zero stars I would so be greatfull you have received one star! I was refered by my career advisor from the job centre because I wanted a change of job. I was told it would be a good start to upgrade my existing skills like customer service with a free online course. The course I chose was customer service and animal psychology but like many have mentioned they never get back in touch when they have personal information which you have already handed over. I am absolutely shocked that the job centre promotes these courses knowing full well they are no good. I think I may go back to RNN who are on Facebook they advertise under My Free Course and are the best free course provider and highly recommend since I have already completed one course which I completed early this year. I also just want to mention they are only free if you qualify but still are by far the best course provider I have been with anyway. And also not to forget these are the same company that took on someone I know on a course and promised them a job at the end of it plus their construction qualifications with their card which never happened so basically wasted about 4 weeks or longer what I can remember!

2 weeks of my life wasted. Don’t waste your time for these people. Just another example of people getting payed to do nothing for others. A year after completing a “training” course with this company and I didn’t receive anything that I could put on my cv. This is organised by the job centre and it’s just a scam. People are actually trying hard to find jobs and better their career and these people are using that to fill their own pockets. Didn’t even learn anything about what I wanted a course for either.

Worst experience ever!! I was told I will be given support but never received it. On numerous occasions I had emailed the tutor for advice and help but never got a response. Was promised a hard copy for studying but never arrived. If your thinking about doing a course.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!

Got what I needed from the course. SIA badge. Course was good and got back into work fast. Didn't think I could get this paid for. Job centre said they had no funding but JobSkilla did. Thanks

Very impressed with Jobskilla! I did a digital skills course that has really helped me apply for new jobs. Getting on the course was easy and I got good instructions from their staff and the training provider.

JobSkilla tried phoning me Monday 24 April 2023 but poor mobile phone signal so the call was impossible. I had a text message informing me they would call again Tuesday. I immediately called 03301130113 and left a message and sent them an email asking them to try my landline and included copies of my passport, NI Number. No reply from them. No call from them on Tuesday 25 April but I phoned them again and left another message. Wednesday 26 April again no call from them but a text message on my phone:
Hello David Ludlow,
We have withdrawn your application from the course:
Part Time Level 1 Certificate in IT User Skills
We have been unable to contact you to confirm your details and places are limited.
If you do still want to attend, please call the office on 0330 113 0113 ASAP.

Incredibly unprofessional by them.

Make you wait 3 weeks and then tell you course is full. 3 weeks ago it wasn't 🤣🤣 just send you a spineless text with no name attached to cancel. I've asked them to now remove my personal details from their system and they refuse. DWP laughed when I mentioned my experience, saying its common with them. Don't waste your time.

I’ve actually referred some clients over unfortunately these clients are really trying hard to achieve and get back into employment and then get messed around this can have detrimental effects on my clients who are trying their hardest despite their disadvantages, the company have made it so hard for any of my clients referred to actually start a course that is sold to them so well, it’s a company I no longer find reputable or will be using in future this is my own professional opinion from many dealings

Absolutely scam! They rush you to sign to the course and never do it!!! So just to take money from the government! I think to open claim about data protection breached!

Absolute shambles of an organisation been waiting five weeks to start course no contact from tutor enrolment booked for 11 did not call and they’re supposed to be helping unemployed God help us all
