Support that does everything but. Unresponsive website with emails you can't even respond to.

I requested deletion of my employment account through their website. They sent two unhelpful emails through "Zendesk.com" that sent a link that doesn't even lead to support. The first email requested that I confirm deletion but left me no way to do it. The link they left in the second email doesn't support messaging or contact. Disney's careers website support is incompetent. I have emailed Disney to inform them of the issue but haven't heard back as of yet.
