its a very demotivating system, i'm not just a translator, so of course i'll add all my expereinces in my CV. And if this is how the recruiters are analysing my CV like u did with your stupid AI and rejecting my application based on low scores, i won't even get a rejection mail, let alone a fighting chance.

Either give an option to create a specific CV here, where u can add whatever u feel is good for my relative Profile and put it on showcase, or stop this CV scoring Bullshit, reducing chances for honest hardworking employees.
