Useless coordinators!

Useless coordinators!

Pros:
They find work and pay on time and correctly

Cons:
Their coordinators are uneducated, don't know how to talk to people, and don't understand their job.

What happened today, I finished work, 15 minutes later, when I was on the motorway, I received a phone call from the Job and Talent coordinator 2 times.
I answered the call after the second ring and said "I'm on the motorway, there's traffic and I can't talk", the response was "You gonna lost your job if you don't call me back"!
Now I'm thinking about whether to call or start looking for a new job...

Only a person with a complex and low education can say "You gonna lose your job if you don't call me back"!

Worst Staffing Company EVER !!

Worst staffing company I have ever tried to work with. HORRIBLE STAFF FROM THE BRANCH MANGER TO THE OFFICE STAFF RUDE, DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. WON'T HELP YOU WHEN THEY DO ANSWER THE PHONE....DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Some of the coordinators are not really…

Some of the coordinators are not really that helpful to be honest..recieved very little feedback on how I was progressing within the job.
Then I became surplus to requirements just after Xmas via a text mssg.
Overall not the best experience I have ever had.

Good experience working for a work Agency

I got a job here at probably the busiest time of year leading up to Christmas 2024.
And though the Job & Talent team were more than often overwhelmed with people in the on site office before, during, after shifts and also every break time they were always patient, kind, friendly and extremely helpful with everybody they dealt with.
So I am overall very happy working for and representing the Job & Talent team.
