I recently spent around £900 on auction purchases through Jobalots over a two-week period, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
While a few items were acceptable, several arrived incomplete, damaged, unsafe, or completely missing parts, despite the listings indicating otherwise.
Examples include:
• Heated Gilet – Listing stated a 10,000mAh power bank included, but the power bank was missing.
• Shadowhawk LED Torch (3 ordered) – Only 1 was complete; the other 2 were missing rechargeable batteries.
• UTRAI 8000A Jump Starter – The jump starter cable was missing, making the product unusable.
• Electric Lady Shaver – Only the box was delivered; the actual device was missing entirely.
• Ceiling Fan with Lights – Arrived completely broken with glass pieces inside the packaging, and no remote, fittings, or adapters. This was also a potential safety hazard.
• Bedsure Sherpa Blanket – Wrong item sent.
These are not minor cosmetic issues — these are essential parts missing, wrong items supplied, or completely unusable products.
I contacted customer support expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was told no compensation would be offered because the items were listed as “customer returns”, and therefore buyers must accept the risk of faults, missing parts, or damage.
While I understand liquidation auctions carry some risk, sending empty boxes, missing core components, or dangerous broken items should not simply be dismissed under “customer return” terms.
What is most concerning is the complete lack of accountability or customer support once a problem is reported.
After spending close to £900, the response I received was essentially: “That is the risk when buying customer returns.”
Buyers should be extremely cautious when purchasing from this platform, as you may receive incomplete or unusable products with no support, refund, or resolution offered.
I hope the company reviews its listing accuracy and customer service policies, because based on my experience, the risk to buyers is far higher than expected.
Would not recommend.

The boots arrived used and dirty, the welding mask used and dirty, and a set of bowls with three pieces missing.

Hicozy F3 vessel damaged, parts missing, leaking and cannot buy spare parts for it in the UK, contacted the manufacturer and told the best thing to do was try 3D printing. Needless to say I won't be buying on here again £144 down the drain.

Till now i would say its a good experience, i ordered several products and the majority of them were in perfect condition and a few with minor defects.

Waste of money. Paying loads of money for damaged items that end up on the bin. Paying for expensive items and not receiving it. No customer support or refund policy. Stay away if you don’t have money to waste.

There is no return policy , even though they see damaged items as costumer returns. You would expect at least to be functional . I am not expecting thrm to be new , or without imperfections , I get it , but damages sold at auction. That is why I am being generous with 3 stars.

I placed a second order on 4th of February and, as of 4th March, I still have not received my goods.
After weeks of delays, I was provided with a tracking number which later showed as deleted / invalid. Despite multiple emails, I received no clear explanation and no concrete resolution.
Communication has been slow, vague, and unhelpful. I have written confirmation from the company acknowledging that the goods were not shipped, yet no refund was issued voluntarily.
As a business customer, this level of service is unacceptable. When an order cannot be fulfilled, the correct and professional course of action is to issue a refund promptly — not delay for weeks while the customer is left without stock and without answers.
I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious, especially if relying on timely delivery for business purposes.
Very disappointing experience.
